This live event was recorded during “Negroni Week” (really) so our featured drink is the “Irish Negroni” with equal parts Irish Whisky, Campari and sweet or red vermouth. Stir with a lot of ice and pour either up or over a nice single cube and serve with an orange peel (my favorite part)
