Tokyo, Japan did not disappoint! This was such a fun trip. My friend Rina joined me for part of it. Tokyo seriously looks like it’s 100 years in the future. Technology everywhere. But you can still find some calm and relaxing bonsai gardens and beautiful hikes. In this video, I decided to do something very touristy and attend a traditional tea ceremony at the Imperial Hotel called TOKO-AN. It’s 2,200 yen, approximately $20 USD. Here’s a link to their website:

There are many tea ceremony houses to choose from. I picked this one because of the central location and the price. Unfortunately, I only had time to attend one tea ceremony, but it was well worth it! I loved to watch her as she practiced this ancient art. Every moment was very meticulous.
