In my experience Belarusbank (limit free) and Paritetbank ATMs are commission free.
Payments in state agencies are ONLY online using a local online bank. Banks are not always nearby!
Use platform.gov.by for the online registration. It’s fun and English version bugs. If your address has an extra building section, e.g. Building 13-1 (and 1 makes a separate building not entrance!) the platform might cut out the “1”.

Thank you for posting the food market visit. Is the exchange rate about 2.5R to 1 USD?
Andrei Great video . I love these updates the best followed by the real estate videos. Hopefully the sanctions are lifted in the near future. Plan to visit next summer though Vilnius.
I travelled by bus from Bialystok, Poland to Grodno, Belarus, on October 22 nd. Driving the shortest route to Grodno is not possible. The nearest border is closed. (Bruzhi)
I thought the driver would take us across the Lithuanian border and enter Belarus at the Privalka border. No.
He chose to go south and we crossed the border at Brest. Then all the way north until we reached Grodno. The 86 km from Bialystok to Grodno on a direct route became 400 km. I was able to see many landscapes of Belarus. Greetings
On October 29 I only spent 1 h and 40 min crossing the Propuska border on my way to Vilna. It was easy!!
Belarusian border control has always been polite to me. I only had them ask me where I was going during my first visit. I told them, then they kept my passport temporarily, then came back and gave me my passport, and I was on my way. I have several visas for Belarus, and I believe it makes them more at ease when they see it's not your first time.
Thanks Andrei for another great updates. War only benefits weapon manufacturers and big corporations. Unfortunately Europeans are feeding globalists with their money and lives for the exchange of nothing. Hopefully things get better soon. Cheers! 👍
The drone footage in previous videos has been amazing.
Thanks for the updates. So since when no trains between Belarus and Lithuania available? When taking train between the 2 countries, train stops at some station after or before the boarder, a bunch of uniforms board the train, checking passports, visas, with eye loupe, and also going thru luggage, are those guys kgb?
Andrei, if you're retired, financially independent and want to escape belarusian harsh winters , what county would you choose to stay for a few months? Like you personally?
Good morning andere
Wow, that market is like 5 mins walk from our apartment. In the summer I always grab couple of Prizhok and a tall Kvass. I enjoy summer in Belarus. Good job with all your vlogs 👍
Another great vid, thanks!
We always look forward to your updates, Andrei – you are the master of the deadpan delivery. Our hearts were gladdened by the sight of chicken hearts, and I think I spotted some rump steak lurking at the back of one of the fridges. Thank you for showing us the market!
Dude, bad boy needs to be stopped… now he’s telling gullible Indians that come to Belarus, buy house to get residency and start crypto trading.. he’s saying that you can earn up to 500 usd a month with 2000usd investment. A family of three can easily live on 500 usd/month income.
If this guy can’t be stopped, Belarus needs to be ready for an Indian invasion. This guy is making it all look so easy, I’m sure a lot of Indians and Pakistanis will fall for it.
