      We've not tried Englethwaite yet but always looks like a nice site and must visit at some point. Have a lovely time with Bob and Aileen. We're heading over to the Lakes (unless the weather looks even worse!) on Saturday to where we went last year to hopefully get away from the fireworks.       What alovely wood, Poppy and Tara love there walkies,l think l can remember the fairy village, its a shame its not gone, enjoy yours and Jenny videos, especially the Europe videos which is very enjoyable to watch,still might have a couple of videos

      These roads look so narrow,like some minor ones in the North of Scotland. You certainly need your wits about you, driving on them. That looks like a nice site though. You always give lots of information about the places you stay at, which can prove very useful for people who intend to stay at them in the future. Being Scottish, Im looking forward to seeing where you travel to in Scotland. I enjoyed your video. Take Care.

      Jenny you’ll be fine at the dentist 🦷 if it’s a replacement crown ? The preparation has already been done and hopefully it’s just new impression and a temp crown until they fit the new one 🤞

A lovely look around the campsite nice to be reminded how nice it is, think we will have to make a point of visiting next year. The dog walk is great amongst the trees.       @Alphard 39 we were on this site 28th to 30th October and were lucky enough to see the fairy village .it is a lovely site with very large pitches ,and all have nice clean gravel. Looking forward to your Xmas trip video.❤😊 22:18

      We really must try englethwaite hall! Being so close to home, we tend not to get there, but having said that we are at Keswick next week! Enjoy South Valleyfield CS we were there a couple of years ago and very convenient for Perthshire Caravans!!!! Safe travels x

      I've encountered a diversion at the site before, in my case the diversion was put in place while I was there, so it was leaving that was the issue. My next stop was Troutbeck and the way it turned out was that after negotiating the lanes and small villages never seen before I ended up on the A6 going South rather than the M6 as I had intended. frankly the A6 was a much more pleasant drive.

      Lovely autumn colours now in the trees. Enjoy the rest of your break and your trip to Betws Y Coed. We have just returned from there, we did two nights at Riverside and then three at the Llanberis site. Morris Leisure sites are always a pleasant stay.

      We love this site in autumn as we think its at it's very best with all the colours in the trees. It just goes to show that a campsite can be a favourite and doesn't even need a facilities block. We enjoyed your November update.       The various Councils do seem to be causing maximum disruption by insisting roads be closed when temporary traffic lights would suffice in a lot of cases?

      We’ve never been to Englethwaite Hall, think we might wait until the diversion has finished 😂. It does look a lovely site and very peaceful.
