They’ve been renovating the walkway between the Castle and Lighthouse Beach. It is pretty much done now and looks fantastic. We’ve already featured numerous films about it but in this film I want to concentrate on the Castle end. During the day, the newly renovated area looks pretty functional, but nothing spectacular. To see it in its proper glory, you need to visit it at night…

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos – Polis road.

  1. Great video. It is strange that they left those big rocks in the middle of the new sunset viewing point. I assumed that they were going to remove them, level it off and concrete them over to match the other parts.
