We Japanese people live our lives while feeling the changes of the four seasons. Eating seasonal foods, cherry blossoms in spring, autumn leaves, etc.
When you come to Japan again, I think it would be a good idea to come during a different season.

I believe drones are prohibited at cultural properties. I think you need a permit to fly a drone.
There are also criminal penalties if cultural properties are damaged by drones.
