ADIEU BERLIN TEGEL – Letzter Start – AIR FRANCE A320-214, FGKXP beendet den Flugverkehr in TXL 2020
Nach einer Ehrenrunde um das Sechseck des Flughafengebäudes rollt Airbus A320-214 vorbei an hunderten Flughafen-Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen, sowie Medienvertretern durch ein Spalier der kompletten Flughafen-Feuerwehr, sowohl von Tegel-Nord als auch Tegel-Süd.
Anschließend rollt der Airbus als allerletztes Flugzeug was jemals in Berlin-Tegel gestartet ist, zur nördlichen langen Startbahn 08L und fliegt heim nach Paris.
Mit diesem Start ging ein wichtiges Kapitel der Verkehrsgeschichte dieser Stadt zu Ende, denn AF1235 nach Paris Charles de Gaulle ist der allerletzte geplante Flug in Tegel. „Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich der Kapitän sein werde“, sagte Christophe Ruch von AIR FRANCE.
Eigentlich war schon am Sonnabend den 7.November 2020 Schluss in BERLIN-TEGEL. Mit dem Start des Eurowings-Fluges EW5239 zum BER endete gegen 22.50 Uhr der Flugbetrieb in Tegel, danach wurden die Terminals für die Öffentlichkeit geschlossen. Doch eine Sondergenehmigung machte es möglich, dass am darauf folgenden Sonntag den 8.11.2020 noch einmal ein Start stattfinden konnte.
Es war von vornherein klar, dass diese Ehre des allerletzten Fluges ab TXL der Air France gebührte. Schließlich hat mit einer Caravelle der französischen Fluggesellschaft vor rund sechs Jahrzehnten der Linienflugbetrieb in Tegel begonnen. Um 15 Uhr ist der Airbus abgehoben.

Après un tour d’honneur autour de l’hexagone du bâtiment de l’aéroport, l’Airbus A320-214 passe devant des centaines d’employés de l’aéroport et de représentants des médias à travers une file de l’ensemble des pompiers de l’aéroport, tant de Tegel Nord que de Tegel Sud.
Ensuite, l’Airbus, le tout dernier avion à avoir décollé de Berlin-Tegel, roule jusqu’à la longue piste nord 08L et rentre chez lui à Paris.
Avec ce départ, un chapitre important de l’histoire des transports de cette ville se termine, vol AF1235 à destination de Paris Charles de Gaulle est le tout dernier vol prévu à Tegel. “Je suis très heureux d’être capitaine”, a déclaré Christophe Ruch d’AIR FRANCE.
En fait, c’était déjà fini à BERLIN-TEGEL le samedi 7 novembre 2020. Avec le décollage du vol Eurowings EW5239 à destination de BER, les opérations aériennes à Tegel ont pris fin vers 22h50, après quoi les terminaux ont été fermés au public. Mais une autorisation spéciale a permis qu’un départ ait lieu à nouveau le dimanche suivant, le 8 novembre 2020.
Il était clair dès le départ que cet honneur du tout dernier vol au départ de TXL appartenait à Air France. Après tout, les opérations aériennes régulières à Tegel ont commencé il y a environ six décennies avec une Caravelle de la compagnie aérienne française. L’Airbus a décollé à 15 heures.

After a lap of honor around the hexagon of the airport building, Airbus A320-214 rolls past hundreds of airport employees and media representatives through a line of the entire airport fire department, both from Tegel North and Tegel South.
Then the Airbus, the very last aircraft that ever took off from Berlin-Tegel, taxis to the northern long runway 08L and flies home to Paris.

Actually, it was already over in BERLIN-TEGEL on Saturday, November 7th, 2020. With the take-off of Eurowings flight EW5239 to BER, flight operations in Tegel ended at around 10:50 p.m., after which the terminals were closed to the public. But a special permit made it possible for a start to take place again on the following Sunday, November 8th, 2020.
It was clear from the start that this honor of the very last flight from TXL belonged to Air France. After all, scheduled flight operations in Tegel began around six decades ago with a Caravelle from the French airline. The Airbus took off at 3 p.m.
