Strasbourg is the 8th largest city in France, and is a culturally rich, complex and historical city that travellers venture to for a different taste of French excellence. While many seek to explore the sights of Paris, Strasbourg is a hidden beauty nestled right on the border to Germany. With churches over a thousand years old, neighbourhoods where the likes of Mozart, Napoléan Bonaparte and Albert Schweitzer have stayed, and beautiful canals mixed into neighbourhoods, Strasbourg is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and stands as a significant city for the European Union.
Today, I am eager to show you all my first adventure in Europe: walking aimlessly around Strasbourg, France to discover the city I’ll be living in for the next four months! I discover many famous and beautiful places in the city with you folks, like the humongous Strasbourg Cathedral, the funny history and beauty of Petite France, going to Germany for the first time, and seeing how people get to this incredible city.
This video was an absolute joy to film, and was a huge milestone in my filmmaking and travelling career. I hope you all find the same warm feeling this video gives me, and that you soon plan a visit to this truly wonderful city in Northeast France. I have two more videos I plan to make in this city, since the place I’m living in deserves a lot of attention on this channel.
The next couple of videos will be based in France, I hope to have another video out next week, but I’ll say that lightly since exam season is upon us. Regardless, I hope you all enjoy this video as much as I did making it, and I look forward to seeing what you all think of this adventure. Until next time friends, thank you for your support!
