Why, because I am a teacher and some of the excuses I hear about why something isn’t done! When I hear about someone that disadvantaged who still rises to the top, I know I am seeing someone very amazing. Good to hear that he is getting help from Hun Sen. He will do Cambodia proud, I am sure.

I’m so so glad to have you doing this news report. I live in The US. I came here as a refugee in the 80’s but so unlucky I never got a chance to visit Cambodia due to my job and my wife illness. My dream is to one day visit Cambodia 🇰🇭 and a few people that I’m wishing to meet and you are the #1 on the list. Thanks you for doing so much for Cambodia and Cambodian. Congratulation to the 8th wonder of the world Angkor Wat, well deserved title. I just heard that the Cambodian Red Cross, former PM and other wealthy Khmer will help the Kampot boy with scholarships to universities, housing for him in PP , building house and stipends for the family and many more…

Must admit – teeeny tiny bit excited about the prospect of direct flights to SR. If they don't happen by the time of our next trip, we might have to pass the hat around and get a charter happening – the two legged flight with the little one is such a drainer! Nice ride today too – you can sense how nice the weather is there at the moment!!

Hey, we are moving to Cambodia with our three kids in Feb. I wanted to ask you since you seem like the only down the earth person talking about Cambodia and living there! Could you let us know what is the reality of living in an apartment or house in Cambodia and huntsman’s or bigger spiders getting in? Is it still just common sense find a place that has proper sealing around windows and doors and minimal vents and such or are they still getting into properties over there?
Have you had any problems with bugs or spiders in the places you have lived?
Wondering if an apt off ground level would be better than a house at first until we can get used to the different bugs and teaching our kids not to touch them haha
