That's what I actually practice while staying in Lagos: Taking an early morning walk at 7:30, starting at the Marina all the way to the end of Meia Praia and back. Two perfect hours to start your day.

Great video Nick. My mother lives in Meia Praia so we visit as much as we can. I like to call Lagos my second home now and never get bored of it. Stunning place😁
