My wife Emily and I, Blair, decided with my son, Brandon, and wife, Missy, to plan a trip to Germany, where I was stationed for six years in the US Army and my son, Brandon, was born in Wurzburg Germany. As the planning continued, this grew into a European Vacation that spanned France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. We also have two nieces serving with the US Military in Europe, so we were able to extend the trip to visit them as well. We had an awesome time!

I was stationed in Wertheim Germany from 1976 to 1978 at Peden Barracks, a US Army installation, that was up the hillside from the Main and Tauber Rivers in Wertheim. Wertheim being a European tourist town, was and still is a beautiful village preserved in its glory and history.
