This week on our VAN LIFE EUROPE ROADTRIP was a bit of a scary one, we drove into a wildfire on the way to our next park up. We literally had to sit and wait as all the roads around us had been closed off, we managed to find a small tiny lane that we almost bottomed out the van on but we made it!

BACKGROUND STORY
We are steps2adventure, better known as Jordan & Annalise. We created the steps2adventure brand to inspire people to explore what the outdoors has to offer. Back in 2019 we always knew we wanted to travel, we were planning backpacking trips, train journeys.. you name it. Thankfully we came across the van life YouTubers! As soon as we saw this way of life we knew this was it, this is how we want to live and travel. So, we bought a van… Not just any van, she’s a 2007 LWB Mercedes sprinter van, an absolute beast!! We have spent over 2 years converting her in-between work and some little adventures across the UK.

Best way to start the day is with a gorgeous sunrise, best part of farming was seeing the sunrise and sunsets, some more lovely sights you've been to guy's, fire must've been a scary moment not knowing how bad it would be. Those snorkeling masks are so cool, I borrowed one when we were on holiday in Cyprus and I keep meaning to buy one 🙄 I need a sticker for the van but I'm off social ATM, might have to get back on Instagram soon. That is worrying to see forest fires in November and must have been frightening. You are travelling through a lovely area and cool to see the flamingos in their natural habitat. I look forward to your next vlog.
