  1. HI. Jose! Once again you make some insightful observations about why life in Mexico (Merida) would be more beneficial for me personally by changing my lifestyle. For those reasons & more I will be visiting Merida in February 2024 and taking advantage of some helpful programs you offer on your Website. Thanks Jose!! 😊✌

  2. The problem with the USA "culturally" is that most Americans are arrogant, ignorant (of world affairs) and Lack Respect for other people's culture… Simply put – it's a RACIST society… I Want Out..!!!

  3. The wester n influences are pretty strong here in Mexico . Christianity is strong morales are still a big thing traditions are also still strong. All those looking to build or just live in Peace, you are welcome to Mexico . Just remember you cant change Mexico because Mexico will change you.

  4. Have you ever been in northern Mexico? Cities like Chihuahua or Monterrey? It is pretty different from southern and central México and the culture changes a lot too.

  5. Great video Jose however I believe the word you're looking for is menial MENIAL when something is remedial yo that's usually a reference to something being a remedy like remedial work on the infrastructure you know to repair you know but yeah I think the word you're looking for is menial I minio work minio laborer accept Exeter etc anyway great video love you channel please❤❤

  6. Prices has risen for rentals in the last few years. I was looking at Hualtulco, but the rents are getting so elevated. I wish this was temporary. Maybe it is? I think they try to see what they can get and when things don't rent fast enough, maybe they will reduce rent. I think all the building in the Yucatan will backfire. People will come and buy and rent for crazy prices, then leave due to the climate. It looks too good at first, but many can't take the weather. Are there still nice safe neighborhoods with low rent, like few hundred a month? ? I don't mind a typical Mexican home. I also would want to sell items because that's what I do in the states. I wonder if you can do that easily with a some type of work permit, or is it under the table? It would just be low income crafts or flea market stuff….little side cash.

  7. Mexico is a high end second world country, not quite first world, so I think when people say 2nd world or 2nd tier they're correct, these people saying 3rd world are totally wrong though.

The reason why it's 2nd world is because despite having the same technology as the US and Europe not everyone can afford that technology and some of that technology Mexico is not capable of making yet (although that's rabidly changing and soon they will be)

First world country also implies a 1st world salary, and although that can vary depending on the country, I know of no average 1st world salary of less than, 30g a year, and in many countries it's more than 50g a year. Mexico's average salary is about 15g a year. Now maybe some will say well that 15g a year allows you to live like some one making 40g a year or so because the cost of living is so low, and to some extent that's true but NOT with technology, tech is just as expensive in Mexico as it it is the US, maybe even slightly more so depending on what exactly we're talking about.

High end college degrees also don't yield as much return in Mexico either, for example in the US if you become a doctor you'll make over 300g a year, but in Mexico you'll only make about 50g a year.

I love Mexico though, you can live as well as you do in the US if you know what you're doing and are getting into the right types of jobs or business, and business is easier to start there for sure and in many cases more profitable if for no other reason you don't have so many legal fees and permits to pay for and less overhead.

  8. Wish you would have covered more of these western problems people face in more detail bruh, I think some people can fill in the blanks but always curious to hear your thoughts even if you don't want to go into pollical turmoil, at least cover things like feminism, economic woes, inflation or what ever els is on your mind, this will help the audience not only know your thoughts but help paint a better picture, some people might be hearing of these issues for the first time too if they are younger viewer.

  9. I dont hink the west will fall. I think after covid and these wars people have chosen to look for alternatives. Most people will stay home but I think more and more people are looking to find a happier life. That might mean not in the U.S. or other first world countries. I came to Mexico over 20 years ago. I love it and would never go back to the U.S. I am happy here.

  10. Always bothers me that some Americans think Mexico it’s a third world country like bro it’s not lol it’s a 1st to 2nd world country it’s insane that sooooo many Americans thinks Mexico it’s a desert or whatever it’s not Mexico it’s growing nicely and even now the Mexican economy it’s on the rise especially thx to the new projects like the Mayan train, the new port similar to the Panama Canal and now Yucatán it’s getting or finally getting development and they already build a new boat factory and new factories are coming over to Mexico over 400 factories so Mexico becoming a new China it’s on the horizon hopefully Mexico doesn’t loose this golden opportunity for a new golden era of Mexico

  11. I love Mexico, it;s rich and simple, you dont have all these laws that end up taking your freedom. You can also find whatever you want in Mexico, and live the life stile you want. Mexico has everything for everyone. You want a big house with all the latest appliances and all hight tech?… Mexico has it.
