    Christmas markets on Wenceslas Square
    Wenceslas Square is the most central, beautiful tourist place with many hotels, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. The sightseeing of Prague begins from Wenceslas Square.
    Every tourist who comes to Prague needs to visit Wenceslas Square because here every person sighs the atmosphere and beauty of the capital

    Christmas markets in Prague are some of the most famous in Europe.
    On Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) guests are greeted by a gorgeous Christmas tree, a scattering of colorful lights, endless shopping arcades with gifts, and baked chestnuts. Christmas is unthinkable without hot and aromatic mulled wine.

    Another indispensable attribute of the holiday is sausages on an open fire. On December 5, in honor of the name day of St. Nicholas, a cheerful trinity walks the streets: Santa Claus, an angel and a devil. Good children can get candy from Santa, and bad children can get hard potatoes or coal.

    Blacksmiths work at the fair; before your eyes, a rose or a horseshoe is made from metal; you can buy the blacksmiths’ products. Children really enjoy watching the blacksmith.
