A quick update about the government issued regulations starting as of today 18.00h – less than an hour after they decided on them – putting most in the country on lockdown. I hope you’re not vacationing in The Netherlands right now, or plan to do so in the next couple of weeks, because there will be very little to do apart from strolling around and shopping. Bars, restaurants, cinemas as well as things like events, schools, churches, are on lockdown. Only regular shops and groceries shops remain, as well as fuelstations and food delivery services.
Coffeeshops are also closed for the time being, by the way.
