In this video, I list our Top 10 FAVORITE countries in Europe based on the activities, the food, the people, and the prices. It was very hard to come up with a top 10 because of how many countries we enjoyed!
However, this list is a pretty good representation of the ones that stand out the most!
From December 1st – 25th we will be uploading a new video every day! This won’t be like our regular content. Consider this month an opportunity to get to know us better and to reflect on our year of full time travel before embarking on the next adventure! Leave us your comments down below and we will do our best to answer them in upcoming videos.
Until then, HAPPY VLOGMAS 🙂

As an Austrian I can tell you that Austria feels German because it IS German. Nobody before 1945 questioned Austrian Germanness, not even anti-Nazis, who founded the idea of Austria as a separate political entity on rejection of Nazi extremism, not on a national difference. This absurd idea that Austria is a separate nation really emerged only after ww2 as an entirely irrational reaction, not based on actual facts, to the war itself. In reality Austria is a historical region of Germany, not even an ethnic one, since ethnically Austria is composed of two German subethnicities: Baviarians, and in the far West the Alemanni/Swabians. Austria is essentially the former German feuds of the Habsburg, nothing else, and since the Habsburg have been gone for 100 years, it doesn't make sense at all as its own country.
Great run down! I'm sure you both had fun reflecting on the 30 countries you visited in 2022 when compiling this list. Would you ever share your least favorites? Looking forward to tomorrow's accommodation tour!
While I know Europe is unbelievable, Munich how good, Madrid fantastic and agree Croatia what a country but I also believe you would both love Japan for the culture and NZ for the scenery especially the Sth Island…. Both the bottom of the South Island and the northern areas which most don’t know about. Lord of the rings anyone 😂
Spain wins!!!! 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
Why are some countries expensive to live in? Because expensive countries pay people better such as Switzerland and Norway. It is easy to see that the standard of living is much higher in expensive countries. Croatia and Albania are cheap to live in, but what's the point when people there earn very little.
