Hello Viewers. In today’s video I will show you the city called Wuppertal. It is situated in western Germany which is known for its unique transportation system called the Wuppertal Suspension Railway, or “Schwebebahn”. You will find here many shops such as Dougla, C&A, TK Maxx and so on. This street is called Herzogstraße. This sculpture is called Krawattenmann or the Tie Man. This sculpture was made by the Belgian conceptual artist Guillaume Bijl and installed here in 2008. This street is called Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. This square is called Laurentiusplatz.
The church in front of me is called Basilica of St. Lawrence. It is the main Roman Catholic church completed in 1835 and the most important Roman Catholic church building in Wuppertal. This street is called Laurentiusstraße. This is a Suspension train station which is called Wuppertal Ohligsmühle.
From here I will take the train to the Wuppertal Main Station. Here comes the train. From the train you can see the beautiful view of the city. I have reached to the Wuppertal Main Station. In front of me you can see the Wuppertal Main Train Station.
The building in front of me is called Bundesbahndirektion, also known as the Wuppertal Railway Division. This building also plays a role in managing and coordinating railway operations in the Wuppertal region. This is bus station of city.
