Welcome to the Luxembourg Christmas Market so we’re in Luxembourg City today and this Christmas Mark is kind of on top of a rock then again the whole city is kind of on top of the Cliff and this is the gfra the golden Lady I’m going to show you in a minute where we are on the cliff next to a bridge look at all those lights Spee for spee So you can use Oysters so you have a lot of food over here and then you have those little tables covered stands where you can eat hot wine everywhere All kinds of gingerbread roasted nuts over here And here we have a quint cenal luxemburger specialty Grisha which are potato pancakes and you have another specialty which are kidin which are little dumplings so comp and kidin so you can see the kidin dumplings is served with bacon oh he’s making Some he’s making hot cream adds liquid cream over it hi There and here we have the pyramid which is something and I don’t know if you know them so initially they they kind of small you put them on your window sill and uh with the like real life candles it kind of makes the whole thing turn the heat of the candles that goes

Up makes the Little Wheel turn on the top so they pretty known throughout Europe having those wooden pyramids and here we have a giant one as the centerpiece of this Christmas Market I’ve got to show them this this is really good this is the dough that’s being cooked wrapped around a Cone let me see if you can see it over here everybody’s taking the picture of the uh City View behind them get around Them so the whole city of luxenburg is built up on high up on rocks and then in between your have well you probably don’t see it much really now in the dark but there was a river down there and that made it really difficult to attack the city so it was

Like a fortress up on Hill oh it’s really cold and windy up here but the Christmas Mark is up here on a rock Your For these are all chocolate covered fruit it’s very healthy and by the way that pyramid is also a bar that Over here we have some salmon on the Fire And you have a pretty nice view from the wheel up there the big ferris wheel it’s just pretty chilly right now Actually so this is one of several Christmas markets here in nen M but in my opinion this is the prettiest one just because of the location up on the hill That’s and we might have to come back here in just a minute and get some of that those sausages they look really [Laughter] Good over here we have melted ret cheese so they’re melting the cheese up here and then scrape it over potatoes this is all gingerbread did you see the gingerbread the sace of Caramel salted butter Caramel And it’s been Raining the little Ducks and a little kitty Ride a Christmas tree Carousel So here you go for the lck Christmas Market one of them we’ll be back with More
