Hello and welcome back to a lovely walk through a historic and beautiful Christmas market! Today I’m walking through the famous Christmas market at the Red Town Hall in Berlin. This is located between the Red Town Hall and St. Mary’s Church, with the TV tower in between.

A better ambience will be difficult to find. 😉 A market alley with an old Berlin backdrop, an ice skating rink around the Neptune Fountain, street artists, puppeteers, storytellers and more: the Christmas market at the Red Town Hall has a lot to offer.

Here we are at the Marx-Engels-Forum, at the famous statue of the philosophers and social theorists Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Here we are! 🎅🏼 And off to ice skating on the ice rink at the Neptune Fountain… ⛸️ ❄️ Well, I couldn’t do that… that’s for sure… 😂

Today, I am on a walking tour at the Christmas Market between the Red Townhall and St. Mary’s Church in Berlin, Germany. This is one of the most famous Christmas Markets in Berlin in a very nice and historic ambience, with an ice rink and with very nice atmosphere.

A market alley with an old Berlin backdrop, an ice skating rink around the Neptune Fountain, street artists, puppeteers, storytellers and more: the Christmas market at the Red Town Hall has a lot to offer.

The special attraction of the Christmas market at the Red Town Hall is the ice rink that is built around the Neptune Fountain. It can be used during the day and serves as a stage for a winter ice rink show.
