Nice episode, Aapne pudina, dhaniya or palak ki green leaf ka ziker kiya so yes its very healthy or ise green salad ki tarah bhi use kiya ja sakta hai. maine Maharashtra me logon ko dhaniya ki sabut patti ko lunch me use kerte dekha hai, Jharkhand & Bihar me Dhaniya & Pudina patti ki chatni bahot common hai or palak to hai hi a rich source of vitamin A.
