According to what full full length a little more true but just just very little it’s a special lineup it’s only if if if you if you’re very heavy with a very large airplane but that’s not today the case so so we’re still clear here on the left side nobody is coming from the
Left so the cabin is very fast they are already ready and we have no changes huh or yes breing and cleance confirmed M as planned huh okay Tex your checklist I will take terrain on my side okay and take the radar taxi flight controls uh checked checked flap
Setting conf two config 2 rad here um on and auto and remote selector Norm come take off no cabin ready taxi check list complete so let’s see yeah look slow yeah okay [Applause] 86 ready behind 86 behind the next Landing line up okay I do have the landing airplan inside
Same and we allowed to line up behind that’s good there’s even another one behind that one huh but it seems to be far another way yeah looks like that’s our Gap 3136 Runway 2 three left 8 Miles 3136 number between 3 136 f line up checklist line up take off
Runway two three left Lima one two three left Lima 1 t c t PEX one and two one lineup checklist complete okay so still no changes huh exactly and you’re ready H when we get perfect 6 9086 2° 17 2 left for take 086 2 left for take you have station good

Fl00 minut orer what we dos to be fine the weather looks good okays are Auto radar with wings no WIS 086 passing 1 0 7 climbing 2006 FL 22 220s yo do you need some radi fix stuff here you can delete it I delete everything okay [Applause] make so Optimum level is
365 recommended Max 394 and Cru is 230 yes it was filed pretty low yeah maybe due to level cap um that they say um you know they need the higher um levels for the traffic which is over flying Germany yeah it could be so it
Would be bad you know if we if we fly for the short flight in Flight level 360 and the blocks the level for somebody on a long flight that be short trip flight level 230 is fine do auto flight level 15 direct to Cindi 86 you hear yeah [Applause] confusing
Right so I’m hit down for a second just writing down thep passing so direct C is that makes sense that’s good Z 1405 14 17 27 31 37 9 40 yeah 46 so arrival at 01 and we supposed to 2 23s 86 FL level 230 blue and we are supposed
To be there at on block at uh 155 and uh we are according to the ofp we’ll be landing at 01 so that’s okay that’s on time we get a short taxi routing should be fine short taxi and we’ll see maybe we get a uh I don’t know how long the approach is
We’ll see sometimes the approach is long sometimes short true usually we get that transition or so we’ll see and uh I don’t know if he land on on 2 six right or 2 six left but I I assume 26 right huh it makes more sense yeah if
We are coming from the north yeah let’s see for our parking it may be better to be a 26 left H let me just see what parking is uh 9086 9086 let’s see s so C Lev [Applause] 100 so fuel is very good and uh we are about U one minute ahead of schedule nice all nice that’s good so let’s see where our parking position is 115a let’s see 115 a mar vertical speed checked yeah poring cancellation of notam something for
Cologne but if it’s canceled it’s good definitely and this is about daily 8 to 1500 hours changes to approach due to maintenance of n Dak and kilo India Delta DME ILS lock on 24 temporary suspended so but this is cancelled so yeah 1,000 and so this would be available
Again so let’s see what give him what do we get more here oh there’s more from for colom yes so this is changes of approach due to maintenance disregard and speed to 20 Passing everything is going by n November Victor Oscar was suspended and it’s okay [Applause] again okay that’s good so what do you think in this altitude Tas below guess know I would say we do it to to below if you agree because if we have
To do an uh a rapid descent yeah then we then we have a have a uh good view uh what is um below us if there are any airplanes in the way also a good point and so I I would suggest we do it like below [Applause] so yeah okay that’s all
Good nothing which is important for our flight here now so I wait 2 minutes for the latest weather of Munich then I get you weather report and obstacles are not a real Factor on our way huh so we’re good at 10,000 ft what do you think in case
Anything happens we can descend to Fly level 100 it’s all fine that’s very good H okay so let’s see that’s all good yeah so she didn’t ask if we want to climb higher then we don’t ask now we only ask if she is asking then we tell her that we want to go
[Applause] highering 11 climbing 200 and 23 and just for formation we are not able to reach 2 e Tang e to Jordan thank you okay5 115 Alpha that’s just in front of the terminal that’s good this is a bridge position so it doesn’t really matter if
It’s 2 six right or 2 six left I would say uh if it’s 2 six left that would be better for us because it’s shorter to to get to the parking if we um but I don’t I don’t know so you know but if the best would be we we land on
On 2 six right and leave where Alpha Four but if if they allow and then just Alpha 4 and November one to the to the apron other option would be 2 six left and then we have to leave our Al ner is the standard where 26 right so right
Right for the 26 right uh I mean see Alpha 6 Alpha 9 yeah but this is a long TXI from alpha 9 here this way this way so would be landing 26 left just leave bya bya I think what’s the standard is it Bravo uh what is that Bravo eight or Bravo six
Lev rad 132 155 132 de 155 086 86 23 and [Applause] C9 so I will just prepare 26 right and 2 2 yeah I think that makes sense huh so again the 8S okay so you have control I have control [Applause] [Applause] by So so alternate today is Lind but we have two runways in Munich so there I think there’s no reason to leave to fly somewhere else so okay currently independent parallel approaches on both runways 2 six left and 2 six right okay got it so let’s see 2 six right Al 26 right Alpha
9 26 left 58 so so the weather in front of us looks like that’s not really a factor it’s greener in the radar and looks like it’s even true it’s okay now D to H and contact 125 680 125 68 for so just to give you a short update on
The weather um uh Lind has good weather uh few 5,000 ft a wind 260 with with eight kns all good NB is not that really nice they have uh vicinity shower and there are CBS few and the wind is gusting 250 15 gust 25 okay
So I would suggest that we stay with our plan that we if we can’t land in Munich for any reason we go to Lin because that’s better weather definitely than n otherwise we have St in the v 25 680 CH n 086 L 086 maintaining 230 to cindy6 identified thank good
Afternoon 12 to weather climbing 11et Vietnam identif and for left turn coming 170 and call you ready for left turn Vietnam 3 flight 200 CL flight 200x FL e Fox identified appreciate any high up to [Applause] flev 2 23 Vietnam we ready for left turn turn left 11 Z left heading one one
Viam 3 on the heading contact Now 23 280 goodbye 123 23 38 2328 23 280 thank [Applause] [Applause] you 7 28 6 preparations you’re good I have control you have control again so no real change still on the routing now we’re getting clear of the weather even
We were clear before but we just passed itation here so I calculated for both runways I prepared 26 right in the active flight and second so so what was the latest win this is 1350 [Applause] get 7 to8 contact corre contact now 1 2 3 280 bye-bye 1 2 3 280 left 7
Lat 100 so latest weather show [Applause] RI is correct keep the rate of descent keep the ech Fox contact R radar 134 085 e fox [Applause] [Applause] 13485 what does it say about the runway r time and temperature 10 okay only then we need to do it with medium to poor if
It’s wet yes I did the engine on Eyes Only I did the good and I did the medium to Pro both was is reverse and okay as just as a control calculation H yes okay so I see only after engine only on medium to PO it’s it’s okay the runway is long
Enough for that that’s good and then then you do the with it with the real weather real weather okay okay that’s good all fine yeah okay then shall we start the briefing what do you think yes so you put it all in here if you cross check everything
Yeah okay you have it from Ro to Mike what we may expect um okay so we have the rill arrival in here and rill arrival is uh it’s just uh for this very short short way here from from ril to Mike but I assume that we get the uh one of that we
Get the rill transition here I think so too or maybe Delta 4 to one and then another way in the same direction that’s what I assume but it’s very similar to what’s in here so just just to make sure so this is what what I assume MSA is
3,700 Ft for the approach and yeah so we expect points from the transition which I can enter for for you anytime whenever you like it up and when me get a clearance I can put it in yes exactly and then you have the ILS at the end that starts here at the gck
And is 5,000 and there’s also the option that they start the IL in 4,000 that’s also sometimes possible they call it like a short approach this is out of 4,000 and um so track is correct minimum is 165 this is according to the shart in case of go around Delta mic November 01
To overfly on you have communication hello [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] hello yeah so Min then so Mr approach we just were talking about M approach um one mile Delta mic November west of Delta mic November or minimum 1900 this is correct in here and then we do the
Right turn to mic in theia climbing to 5,000 and there’s a holding in there this is all correct frequency is verified this is um 1087 this fuel is good still we started that’s more than 1 hour 20 minutes at Landing so we’re including the fuel to the alternate and the 30 minutes all
F so I will fly the ILS approach with the guidance with localizer guidance from the flight director yeah manual thrust and manual flight an auto break low yeah which gives us a stop margin of 1,77 M goodby reverse and the standard exit for the runway 26 riot in Munich is Alpha ner
Yeah so then Hot Spot [Applause] there’s I think no hot spot on our way in on our taxi routing which you will expect to be iPhone 9 mic and then left turn to the apron yeah one specialty is that um we have to call uni
Ground on our own on our own yeah will not get a hand over by Tower so I already preset theing and anym special no we should do idle reverse whenever possible that’s what they prefer yes and yeah we spoke about 2 six left we have to leave it via bra Bravo 8
And 26 right Alpha 9 if if possible check here we are 716 identified continue FL Lev [Applause] 140 uh and this is about6 contact 1 36 23 136 230 [Applause] 86 Jing 96 hell identified um okay I just to say 2 six right Alpha 9 and uh this is uh 1580 M
So we name we may need to break a little more then than the low maybe we can do it with with just just normal breaking U or you can use medium whatever you prefer but you said you you you you take low and you break a little more exactly
That’s my plan yeah that’s perfect that’s that’s great and the same is uh if we if you have the um other Runway 26 left this is 16 60 M this is not not so much different so we may need to break a little more to to get to get the these
Taxiways good yeah and then uh the other thing is uh we should use Auto uh we should switch on engine number two for single engine taxi and because it it may take a while until we’re there depending on the on the runway so and if you get 26 right I would ask
For Alpha 4 that we may we may leave by Alpha 4 so in that case if we get it prior already prior touchdown or even prior Landing clearance I will suggest we will do it without flight level 17 at 1,000 ft per minute or greater uh jumps 9086 V
Descent level 17 Z and 1,000 speed a minute or more ma descent blue FL 170 yeah then we we don’t use Auto break at all if you take Al for yeah so we just need to find out what what is other pre our preference 2 six right or 2 six left
Maybe they ask us what we like 26 26 left is uh I would say a little shorter to to taxi but a little more to fly two right is more more texing maybe but but less flight [Applause] time from the flying [Applause] point I don’t really have a
Prence yeah so I would say it’s it’s very similar maybe if you don’t get Alpha 4 26 right takes a little longer position so 2 if you can use via if you can leave via Bravo 8 be not that far so I would I I would
Say I would prefer 2 six left and I confirm you’re looking for rad Raad for in regard to the parking position okay that’s fine with me it’s fine with you okay and I saw this is in the secondary yes I saw it yeah it’s all prepared yeah very
Good yeah I checked it so I would just do a quick passenger now oh yeah I have control you have control 986 contact arrival 030 uh 128 036 arrival hello JS n 086 descending 207 descending 1 170 passing 206 ining 9086 identified descent 1 Z descent Lil 11 1 0 7s ner
086 and ger vs 086 confirmed this is an unrestricted on rate and unrestricted okay own rate unrestricted uh ger Wings ner 086 WIS 9 086 proy Del mik 421 and 429 uh direct Delta mic 421 and afterwards Delta Mike 42 ner ger LS ner 086 from x 100 mik Al
Hotel 100 mik Al Hotel Li pass hell okay very good so we are clear 421 42 ner and uh we got a frequency changed and I will just uh it’s almost all so I switch on the F seat belts if it’s okay for you so but 421 429 is in
There and then that’s basically the transition and this is basically the transition as discussed and afterward now after the 429 you have the 438 which was already in the in the plan before okay thank you very much I have control and it’s on rate you have control to you
Can reduce what you orre or keep it whatever getting shorter and but we already lower so just keep it turn right 23 clear 2 right right 23 clear 26 right us 32 whis whiske speed to me did they say anything regarding the runway no okay uh I assume that we get the
Information from the next controller okay [Applause] [Applause] there’s one more thing which we didn’t discuss in the briefing I think uh they uh want to make sure so if we leave the runway before we turn on one of those taxiways we have to make sure that we
Get a clearance for that yeah if you like like if you if you if you come out of the high speed we need to make sure that us mik November or whatever before we enter that M yeah so it’s it’s normal but I I’m sure we just need to make sure that we
Get the clearance before good so seems that there’s weather a little bit huh but it says scatter 22 scattered 35 yeah few showers it’s not looking that bad you see and it looks like if you look on the radar here that the weather is at the
Area of gek yes but this is uh okay that’s not not not the big big deal and and it’s it’s just the the wind is is turning it away from the airport it’s bringing it away from the airport and so if we are on the final I think we’ll be
Clear at the airport would be should be fine and even looks like I have the airport inside 3207 contact to8 83 goodbye uh8 830 us 3207 thank you sorry it’s 118 that’s 705 please 118 705 us 3 thank [Applause] byebye 9 turn left 427 4 left Del M 427
42 ner J Wings ner0 86 and do you know which Runway we should expect um should be up to you today uh 2 six left expect 2 six left okay than 26 left yeah it’s okay now 2 six left yes so we have Delta mic 47 yeah and then
429 yeah I can change the runway for you if you want yes activate we can activate the second I just I just change it here come on or like this okay two six left okay so 427 429 is still in here and the new
Minimum is 20 ft more oh yes let me just double check so this is 26 right this is 26 left and this is 1 1670 1670 okay yeah okay I switch or I pre-selected the new frequency level 0 RS 0 86 level 0 blue and I would expect to turn after
427 maybe just little bit after that so I’m thust I blue FL Z maybe I’m not sure yeah sure so you you you already have the new ground frequency performance is checked and um so we are vacating by Bravo eight yeah that’s correct we try oh yeah true so
This is this is just they they want us to do it and it would be good if it works usually it works but if not it’s not not a big problem so then we try it Bravo eight and then we expect via Tango o Sierra to Sierra 5 or Sierra 6
As the entry point and then we’re almost there yes yeah as you said it’s a touch more to fly maybe even just a little and but it’s we’re way faster at the at the terminal this traffic situation seems to be not too bad right now no it’s good more
Fine speed very good speed yeah approaching yeah I saw the single engine acceleration is set to 37 no yes I got that so maybe they can turn us 9 5000 ft Q desent 5,000 ft Q 108 086 5000 Set q& uh q& cross passing 9,800 ft now yeah now checked Pro checklist Pro
Checklist um there the second here we are B reference q118 q& h108 seat bels on minimum B 1,670 ft Auto break break low engine mode selector nor project is complete so regarding the weather yeah I would ask her if you can 830 uh J Wings 9086 the frequency 118l 8308
830 uh what do you think about an early turn that we we don’t continue 4 to7 to naby or so yes so that we maybe do The Intercept to 4,000 ft the sh then I would say we we can we try to get down that what we good um
866 26 left 4,000 ft decent 4,000 ft 26 left uh 9086 and uh do we get an early turn today uh there’s some some weather uh in about 8 miles from us 986 call for base and Miles okay copy that makes sense five is okay yeah let’s [Applause]
Get 96 time maintain heading maintain heading 9086 heading direct ready in yep a pool heading yeah good yeah so we just keep our raate yeah I would keep it there nobody below just to get below the cloud and then we we ask for turn I ask again he maybe turn now 9086 rting
Right 15 9 086 good makes sense activate approach yeah 700 to go speed for right heading 1 n0 right heading 1 n 0 9086 2 left heading [Applause] 35 spe is managed y yeah we have ground contact that’s not too bad for the moment and we clear off
The weather in just a second temperature is fine yeah 2,500 check right 23 left heading 23 0 clears 26 left J 908 flaps one speed is uh checked continue [Applause] left engine anti it’s get on and so we’re good here so the airport elevation is500 so that’s all good yeah no [Applause] Ice8 lock Star flps two speed is checked Le Two and maybe fly on speed 9086 7 great suceeding traffic 1 70 more 9086 okay that seems to be fine Yeah yeah so be pass na but we are just starting our descend in a moment and this is at uh 8.1 DME that makes sense to me yeah light slope start6 Tower 0 55 jum 986 tax S no Checked hello 9086 we on the ILS R 26 left 7 miles6 helloing departure out of intersection okay we copy that 9086 so maybe reduce the speed can we 96 approved okay reducing speed 9086 speed managed [Applause] Good get on GE down manual thrust yo manual flight check C two cut one so Runway 26 left 12:00 inside F three speed is checked FL three flaps full Speedy checked flaps full vs check uh vs 1 32 to 1 3 4 so I add two kns Landing checklist uh Landing EO blue
Kevin ready D check is complete so Landing Wind would be 240 with 12 so that would be about 10 knots less than right now wings6 wind 1 Runway 2 clear to land 26 left till 86 checking spe preceding the out of intersection okay we start Speed 542 speed is checked yeah check
Now it’s getting a little bit less oh yeah is off now temperature is [Applause] good on short are you ready for quick departure Fir and short traffic inside be traffic line up to six left behind Min 100 50 40 30 20 RAR R ret spoiler re screen break low Des
Set so manual braking check Auto should be the next one yeah the next high speed okay you have control I have controling R6 bra byebye 70 KN checked ground 086 [Applause] 86 96 entry okay Sierra is this is Tango yeah this let me see it’s Sierra 4
Yeah so it’s to the right the second one second to the right huh yeah yeah that’s confirmed yeah first is Tango second is and then it should be the first on the left again okay I can already see it yeah after landing check this very convenient after landing ra in
Predictive wind here off after land checklist complete thank you so now to the right yes and then first to the left is y five yeah oh rainbow see that yes nice [Applause] 96 08 6121 780 so Z5 next to the left and then we here 9086 hello TT Charlie 5 Echo one stand

So Echo one is in the middle huh the yellow one yes he didn’t specify if he wants blue or then we take yellow if he doesn’t say orange or blue he means yellow and it should be right in front of this building yeah so here we have this 120 119 we’re waiting for 115a 1 17 B okay 115 B and then 115 A320 Alpha and we can start a right turn lights are already off yeah it’s lighted here that’s good very nice mention 4265 542 hello enter 5 continue wi Charlie 5 and Echo one stand 111 and the Marshall Park here on the dotted

A little bit strange because of the weather because it was raining so much I didn’t really saw the runway in the beginning but then there was nothing in perfect weather yeah uh so the weather was not that nice but but you did a great job thank you
Nice approach and uh good good uh management of the configuration it was very challenging due to the the wind situation yes so you you were working very hard on the um on the uh uh um speed control and Trust levers but uh it was all fine so and you saw the ground
Speed mini function with the with the target the S speed uh uh Target it was just going up and down due to the changing wins did did a great job on that wonderful thank you yeah thank you thank you very much thank you

Fantastic! Just missing yourself and the crew enjoying a meal at Paulaner. 🙂
Hello, thanks for the extended video, very enjoyable as always, was a bit of a shame ATC didn't turn you just a bit earlier you may have missed the edge of that cell, Happy New Year. 👍
Moin, warum eigentlich wieder Germanwings bei innerdeutschen Flügen ?
ps: bitte mach weiter so deine Eindrücke sind der Hammer =)
Lg vom EDDV =)
Thank you for your work in sharing your flights. This is almost as good as sitting in the cockpit as a passenger!
When will you make video in tirana airport
Love this full flight gives us all a real feel of life in the cockpit I learnt so much from this keep up the great work
happy new year
Hat er echt noch nie vom Waypoint Cindy gehört? Ist ja eigentlich im Langensektor ein oft gehörter Punkt.
May I ask why youre using Config 2 instead of Config 1+f. Due to operational reasons or is it a company policy? Great video as always
Thank you for all your videos this year, i enjoyed every second of every video. Keep up the good work, wishing you all the best for 2024!
This is amazing. I'm about to start flying at an airline and to watch your workflows throughout the flight was really insightful and helps to know what to expect. Thanks!
Loved this video. Excellent SA from WX RADAR. Just about everything a flight enthusiast would want in one video.
Happy new year sir! Thank you for all the great videos in 2023. I loved this video as you get to see what you do during the cruise.
Great concept! Really liked the video!
Happy new year 2024!
Ein frohes neues und erfolgreiches Jahr 2024 lieber Stefan ! 🎉
Very enjoyable full flight. Thanks for the effort you put into these videos. I'm sure it takes up a lot of your spare time.
may I recommend to add a second sound layer to the video from one of the gopros recording the interior, so that one can hear the engine and aircraft sounds? maybe at a low volume compared to the intercom voices. but i think it would a nice addition to the ambiance to be able to hear the sound of your voices as well as all the iconic noises like buttons, switches, and of course engines.
other than that, thanks for the fun video, and happy new year!
Happy New Year 🎉 Frohes Neues 🍾
This is by far the most interesting and high quality video from all. Being able to watch a whole flight is more immersive and you can really dive into your job – see how you think about the approaches, plan them, fly them.
Thank you very much for your effort and all the best to you, your family and colleagues in 2024 🍀✈️
Thanks for the great video. I was missing the ECAM and the system display at least on engine start. In my opinion, there is a little benefit for the viewer to look at the PFD and ND on engine start and taxi.
Vielen Dank, für dieses Full Flight Video! Sehr gelungen! 🙂
Thank you brilliant video ❤
Another amazing video! I have one question though, how come you guys say your call sign before you respond? I thought it was SOP to say it after. Thanks 🙏
das beste Cockpit Video was es gibt 😀
Very nice beauty
Beautiful flight! Great work at the finals with this rain and sun in the eyes! Clear skies in 2024, Captain!
Do you get any choice over what routes you do? For example if you knew you had friends or family flying with Eurowings could you say you wanted to do that specific flight? Or do you just get told where to fly haha
BEST video yet, loved every second of it! Totally professional crew
Thanks a lot for this full flight !! That's a good present for us 🙂 Wishing you an excellent year and a lot of pleasant flights captain !
Wieder mal ein klasse Video…gerne mehr davon als von den kurzen Videos!!
Frage: Warum war hier das Callsign Germanwings und nicht Eurowings?
Thanks once again Captain for your awesome videos 😃
It is pleasing to see how you interact with the young FOs. They must enjoy flying with such a consienscous mentor. 😊
This is the best video of the channel and a great new-year gift for us!
I didn't see the notification and watched the video late.
The final turn was exciting, especially as the red area of the weather radar was getting dangerously close.
That ATC could have made you turn sooner..!!!
Greetings from Italy and happy new year!!
This is incredible! Thank you for sharing. Here, you can observe how the cockpit of an airplane is akin to a meticulously rehearsed theatrical performance. Really the best video!!
Mega content, you definitely have your own league. Thanks for your constant commitment, which truly portraits your professionalism inside and outside the cockpit.
Vielen Dank für diese super Einblicke!
Eine Frage hätte ich dennoch, wieso ist euer Callsign Germanwings und noch Eurowings?
German professionals at work. I like it.
Yooooo do more videos like this pls, every single thing was covered in this, Amazing!
