Season and I’m I have an example of it coming up right now okay make sure to get the name so be very careful here with you know all your Social Media stuff that you’re getting and your you know requests for a air quote a cruise whatever make sure you call them make
Sure that they’re real make sure that if you if something’s not feeling right in your gut then contact us because that’s what we we do here we help you with that all right so really you know be aware of that make sure to get the names of the customer service reps you’re speaking
With when you’re talking to the suppliers vendors and cruise lines that helps us if there’s something that goes wrong that you heard something from a customer then we can you know monitor that advise new agents on the 21 days booking procedures again we will touch this soon again in February and March

In Africa why not use travel agents in Africa they can book all this for you number three you can book all this for you why are you reaching out you’re you’re reaching out to agents in North America to help you with this this is ridiculous he says they’re enjoying
Their vacation right so it’s not like something’s gone wrong and he doesn’t like the travel advisor that booked him in the first place cuz they’re enjoying their trip right so if you enjoyed it so much why not go with the same travel adviser that doesn’t make sense see so
They’re all these pratfalls now please please please upline you know you sponsors and recruiters that bring in new these new agents they’re going to see this going wow I get to book all this all this commission I’m going to make on this this is fraud this is
Fraud so please please please be careful here anytime you see anytime you get an email which says Dear agent or hello travel adviser I need do da dot do dot that’s usually fraud and if they leave their phone number then call them but you know check out the name check out
This place and interior design stuff has been helped a friend of mine was on Facebook uh um on the dating app on Facebook Facebook and a lot of interior designers are the frauders they they are here’s another thing look at the email address in the from that’s not the email
Address he gives the contact him at that’s right he owns a company he owns his own domain was there LeBlanc j37 that’s from where that’s where he’s going that’s that’s Jeff’s email there and he’s asking you to email that so again you know the again there’s you see
The pitfalls here H how over over hyperlink emails and it will show you the actual email in case they’re masking it as something else yeah so here is a prime example of fraud all right so if you get this just dump it move on move

Mailed from Texas I looked up the auto sales place called them talked to the owner and he’s had several fraudulent checks all go out in the last week all trying to purchase motorcycles see if I would have cashed the check and given them the motorcycle I would have been out
A motorcycle racing duot and I would owe the bank almost $20,000 yep so you got to be careful you got I did my due diligence and checked in all this stuff and found out that it was fraud I just dropped off the check at the sheriff station at lunch well
There you go see you got to do your due diligence and look at these people look them up on social media all that all right so there you go you guys that’s a great point that Ryan just made investigate you know investigate like crazy and you will see that this is

Move on you know move on there’s plenty of fish out there there is you just have to know how to work it right and make it work for you so clean off your desk that’s take get all that stuff boom even if you didn’t have any bookings you got

Up okay you see the thing is this you guys there’s a reason why I I do all where the deals are go oh GE Jose why do you do that because by now you should know where The Millers and the kennedies and the Johnson they where they all want
To go you already know that they you know the Johnson went on an all-inclusive but you know they’re really thinking about going to Europe you know the kennedies they went on a cruise but then they want to go on an all-inclusive so when you’re seeing all
This product in front of you you can say hey you know what Mr Johnson ALG vations have 40% off on European hotels right now for summer when you want to take the family see get in contact with them let them know that what they want to go
Where they want to go okay I have the discounts I have I’ve got everything ready for you to get book it that’s the whole idea keep you know and and then you know what just call them up don’t talk about any travel hey how are the kids how was Christmas yeah
You know me and you know my family yeah you know it’s been raining and snowing oh yeah right yeah I know the airports are crazy you know listen I’m going to be going somewhere you know I I got some new product information I’ll email it to you
See and that makes them go okay but you got to follow up with them and keep in contact with them this is so important I I I just don’t you guys lose so much of this you know and and this is this right here is the travel agent error you know
I don’t know how many travel agents don’t do this and lose it I’ve seen it in the data in the amount of people that have just you know oh yeah I we get it here we got it here I don’t know how many phone calls a week we got oh yeah
Our travel agent he never contacts us I’m like what what is that yeah yeah I’m going on a cruise I don’t even heard of them I don’t know nothing I’m like come on come on if you follow this this can be really lucrative business let’s go to the next
Slide okay so one of the things this year that you want to do is I don’t know why I I get it I heard it today I’ve been doing this now for it’s eight years uh with Evolution we’ve been doing these trainings and I still get I I didn’t

Also so I really want to make sure that you are you know know when the founders council is out there know when your platinum is out there doing team meetings and zooms and learning from them and building your business between that and the travel stuff there’s plenty
Of opportunity for you to make some pretty lucrative commissions and money I can just say that and you guys know that you guys know it and there’s so much of this in evolution right now that there’s no excuse why you shouldn’t go to it now the problem with here these guys
Though is the majority of their trainings are live and you will miss it if you’re not there every Tuesday so you will miss it so again you know arch your travel training were all recorded they’re on the Facebook page but on these the majority of them are live and
You might miss it a lot of times they rerun them and they redo them again but again you don’t want to miss out on them okay let’s go to next slide okay the Archer travel preferred suppliers training each one of these suppliers that are listed in the preferred supplier page has
Training American Airlines vacations Emma Carnival they all have trainings I would rather you do this than go into other types of trainings that other senior members in evolution suggest because I think this way you’ll get more you’ll be better you’ll be ready that much quicker so if you take
The carnival training right or the Disney training and the Disney training is pretty extensive it’s the College of knowledge if you take that then you’re ready when someone comes to you going you know what I want to take the kids to Disney Disney World and I want to stay
At this Resort and I want to do this and okay great no problem boom or if you run into that you need assistance you know who to call because you’ve taken the course you know exactly where where you can find that help so that’s where we
Really and what we would rather you do first is do the preferred suppliers training first do that first okay don’t be doing you know like Emma is not a preferred supplier but American Airlines vacation is so do that one first do all ones with the red first this will help your
Business get that much quicker on the road okay all right let’s go next slide Archer go again for a new agent you got to have it if you’ve been in this company and you don’t have this come on come on it’s $10.99 for the year we are working on

Hotel you put in hotel because it gives you that in the commission it’ll say hotel you click Hotel you put in I booked it in Aro and you put in the booking reservation number same thing all right let’s go to the next slide so in the supplier you put Archer go that’s
Right uh this okay again tin leg you know I’m hearing a whole oh my clients don’t want to do that they want to they want to go hey till is our only travel insur and and it’s a good product it really is you make 17% commission but
Again if you don’t have this how are you going to do it so if you don’t if you’re not registered with tinle and you haven’t taken the training for tinle how are you going to present tinle to your client to make extra commission and as Ryan was saying this morning they pay
Out sooner than the trip so again here’s an opportunity for you to make some lucrative commission you know and protect your clients on their trip protect their travel investment and get it going but it’s up to to you to get you know send an email to tiac at Arch

That’s not what this is this program is not meant for you to become an airline ticketing agent this program is meant for you to become a travel advisor agent and to primarily sell cruises all-inclusive resorts tours around the world and excursions and Etc it’s not you to sell you know you know American
Airline tickets to Thailand there’s no Commission in that I will repeat again and I don’t I get new ages but wait I was told that I’d make all this money selling air no no you can if you charge a booking fee you can using Archer go charging extra on the commission or you
Know and and beefing up the bill but then you’re going to lose your clients because you charge them you know $4,000 to go to Las Vegas from Michigan so again this is not an airline ticketing agent program this is to book Leisure Travel Vacations so you know and again it’s
It’s worldwide but don’t get caught into that we’re getting too many new AG oh yeah I want to purch I want to be with this consolidator and that consolidator I’m like no you don’t want to do that now again this is a great tool we have

Have you ever been on a cruise no no I’ve never even been on one I’ve always wanted to though what’s it what’s it like just ask them that question okay that’s your that’s your assignment I want you to go out and talk to five people and say hey have you ever
Been on a cruise have you ever been on a cruise and see what they say oh yeah my my brother went on one he said he really liked it I no I never been on one I’ve always wanted to but just see where it takes you and then let me know on Friday
Okay let me know on Friday okay just ask them or even hey you ever been on all-inclusive vacation what no what’s that never ask them five people that’s what that’s your homework assignment ask that tomorrow we can get you an interior State room for about 300 bucks yeah and they’re
Like what free food and relaxation for three or four days for 300 bucks yeah can’t even can’t even get a hotel room for 300 bucks you I know and the deals are happening I you know cuz you know where the deals are right set goals and
Be real and I mean and set goals you know say okay well last year I was doing maybe a cruise a month okay not bad you kind of made it through you made some Commission you know you had a little group that went out okay if you had like
A small group like you know eight cabins double occupancy let’s see if maybe this year we can do a you know double that let’s see if we can do better Cruise conducting and for those of you who don’t know what cruise conducting is that’s a whole separate other area where
You can make some more commission and that’s with group cruises but I don’t want to get into that because it gets kind of complicated but set goals be real what do you want to do do you want to take that course with Clea do you
Want to get you know are you a gold right now you want to get to Silver and platinum do you want to sell more travel more recruitment or more recruitment More Travel it’s up to you but if set a goal and be real about it you’ll hit it
Now look between your Evolution family your team leaders your Silvers your Golds your platinums and us we want to see you succeed we do that’s that’s why we’re here it’s is to see you succeed and that’s why they’re there and that’s why they’re a platinum they want to see all of their family
Succeed so and the way to do that is you got to help us here now it’s up to you I mean we can only take you so much you know you know I can make the meal and everything and I can give you the you know the fork and the knife but you’re

Spinning your wheels trying to find something cheaper where you’re going to make less money and you’re making you’re working harder making less that does not make sense to me and on top of it the AG is asking for Disney this and Disney that and I’m like well you know I’m
Trying to find it cheaper I said listen Disney is Disney you know you’re lucky you know over this last uh where the deals are we had a bunch of Disney stuff that was discounted that was on sale somewhat and I say that somewhat because you got to check the terms and
Conditions and I’m like going no I was up all night trying to find it cheaper for them I went you’re not going to find it cheaper for them because it’s Disney wake up it’s it’s like I want the rist Carlton well the RZ Carlton is the r you
Want it sure it’s going to be this how come it’s so it’s the Ritz Carlton so but work smarter don’t don’t be and and and here’s another thing you guys I also got another email going oh Jose over the holidays I I completed uh Carnival I’ve completed Ro Caribbean

You break it up you will retain more you will retain more and you won’t be because everything is changing every 3 hours and it’s something fresh that your mind has to register but work smarter I it just breaks my heart oh man I was up all night trying to find the
Cheap I’m like what that’s not what we do our job is not to get them the cheapest price our job is to give them the best service and the best experience and to get that family of four safely to punana for their you know child’s fifth grade graduation or high whatever thing
During Easter and they’re safe and they’re there and they’re having the most marvelous time of their lives that is what our job is and and believe me and people will pay for that you know it’s funny I I let tell you a story okay I and it
