Okay welcome back I’m captain Paul clarkk this is mod yot Lon we’re here in St Thomas we’ve got a quick little 4-day trip around the Virgin Islands so starting in St Thomas going into the bvis doing a little bit of scuba diving a lot of Shor side activities and then

Coming back and dropping off in St Thomas in a couple of days time so stick around and see what we get up To okay there we go we just picked up guests uh at the ri’s count here and thas let me know when you’re ready copy that short toe and we just picked up anchor we’re now going to cruise out of the bay here and uh copy bring the anchor home

And then we’re going to cruise around to Megan’s Bay about a 45 minute cruise the uh HCB real wild she’s already shot ahead we’re going to get there full noise everything in the water and just have a massive water sports day so uh let’s Go okay cool we’ve just arrived in Megan’s Bay you might be able to see in the camera here the boys are just recovering the xcraft tender we towed that one around and the HCB ran ahead uh we’re just going to quickly recover that I’m going to then scooch in a little bit

Further and try and come right in as far as I can in the bay just is a little bit of ground swell in here so just try and get a little bit more comfortable then we’re going to go what we call full noise that is absolutely everything in

The water so that’s you know the pool the slide the xcraft already in all the toys jet skis xcraft away cobby and uh and get it done so uh while we’re here in the USV it’s uh you know in a previous video I said no jet skis in the bvis the bvis

Had a number of jet ski accidents I guess in the early ’90s and then they just said no more to jet skis let’s just uh ban them outright so no jet skis in the BVI so we try to get them in here while we can let’s Go okay so we’re just doing the jet skis the boys in the back are doing the pool and the slide so while they’re back there working back there I’m up here forwards I got Cory up forwards Dylan down in the hole and we’re just going to get these skis in nice and

Quick well so go is the second jet ski Dills running down in the hall doing a good job so I normally either myself the chief officers or Second Officer Bon usually Drive the davits uh this is one of the uh more you know room for error Maneuvers that where things can go wrong

Quickly so often it’s usually one of the three of us that’s driving and then uh and then the rest of the boys are running around like crazy also means I don’t need to get wet so we got Cory down in the water there waiting for the

Jet ski as soon as it touches the water water he unclips and he he rides off into the sunset so I used to do that but I’ve paid my [Laughter] Juice so day one on the charter we’re starting off with a bang and doing a uh we’re doing a little sushi lunch for these guys so we’ve got a chuna tataki here with ponzu um and then we’ve got a nice little lobster udon salad with a nam Jim

Dressing we’ve got some Hamachi here which is uh noou style um and then we’ve got some teriak chicken for the kids here got a little Sushi Boat of niris uh in the corner here of chuna Hamachi and salmon um and then we’re still still plating up some of the hot stuff we’ve

Got some prawn Torpedoes there with the kimchi mayonnaise um and then a couple of dishes actually gone up we’re doing about 11 dishes today so uh as usual Blair’s laid in the galley so he’s missed half the action we’re not going to talk about that though are we um but

I’m going to serve this up now you got to get out so let’s Roll We have a new team member this is Dylan um you guys have seen him before would have been on one of our videos from Croatia I think I introduced you to the Vlog yeah the brnik we you started just before the tenm chter so yeah just then

Continued moving around to Megan’s Bay here uh absolutely flat out with the water spots but um guess loved it uh super protected in this Bay which is why we love coming here and then tomorrow we’re going to pick up anchor move into the bvis do Customs immigration and then

Uh go do a Stern TI in Normans so another busy day ahead but uh loving it so far see you tomorrow okay good morning everyone it is day two the guests have just stepped off the boat so it is time to have a bit of fun the boys are packing all um

Packing up the whole Stone set up so I thought now was a perfect time to just get them a bit wet and show you our new latest toy on the bottom of this drone we have a water balloon dropper which was about 20 bucks off Amazon the best

20 bucks we’ve ever spent and it’s activated from a switch on our control and this little guy over here now drops water balloons so let’s go see how it works we have our water balloon loaded and ready going to get this drone up in air quickly before they pack up up um

And then get the other drone in the air so you can see what’s going on so this should be pretty interesting okay that’s one drone up in this Cary going up now oh there’s so many of them on the swim platform too this is great I’m not making friends here people

Are going to be really upset with me about this but it’s all for you guys and for me cuz I enjoy this oh yes this is so good okay here we go 3 two one dropping [Laughter] oh we hit someone oh I don’t know how happy Cory is about that he’s probably really

Upset and I think there’s someone someone just came up to the swim platform and this I think it’s just a fan that’s just rolled up what a ledge okay let’s let’s let them pack up and it will carry on with the rest of the Day okay good morning uh we’re currently sitting in the bvis we’re at soapa Hall this is a port of entry into the BVI so we come here our passports G to shore stamp stamp stamp and then we’re free to go around the uh bvis and look who’s

Back you know Davey see you so Davey and Tyler rotated about a week ago so um we’ve got Davey back on board while Tyler’s back at home uh on vacation yeah resting up he’s had a had a long run so yeah sure he’s enjoying himself what you

Been to California uh I was back in South Africa had a a friend’s wedding and then just back seeing family friends uh went to the bush a bit yeah nice nice relaxing time the vacation must feel good it’s not a vacation when you have a child

But it’s it was good it was good to be with the family we always see Sally in the comments she loves it sh it’s my husband awesome awesome all right well thanks Davey and we’ll just keep hanging out here hopefully the passports don’t take too much longer then we have about

A quick little 45 minutes so Passage down to Norman Island where we’re going to set up for the afternoon so let’s get it done yeah Boy okay so that’s the first line on got about medium tension on it Cory’s just on the swim platform now grabbing that next line so there he goes he’s swimming in now looking good so that’s two anchors two Stern lines now what I’ll do is once that uh port side lines on I’ll

Just bring it back a little bit nice and slowly the boys will take the slack in out of the lines till we get in a position we want to be and then they’ll pull up on the anchors and then at that point we’re going to be completely

Locked in last chter when we were here wasn’t that great it was rainy the whole time that was the one where Franco did the big hike and the rain um but I mean days like today this is perfect uh the blue crystal clear blue water you know nice

Skies awesome we’re going to do a couple of scuba Dives now uh yeah what a great Day woo welcome to the lon Galley we’ve all been here before um so guests have just arrived yesterday and they’ve actually requested a seven course tasting menu which you can see up here I’m not sure of flair zoom in on that it’ll show you in

A little bit um so I’m doing like a American Asian inspired uh menu there which is basically the flavors of um you know Japanese uh what else do I have on there I’ve got some Chinese on there I’ve got some uh some bows some Ramen

Some sushi tacos I try to combine to hit those flavor profiles of American uh that love those Asian flavors so yeah hopefully this goes smoothly I’ve got Sea on the pans here preparation is key here I’ve got everything laid out nice and clean Galley um everything’s ready to go so check it out Woo All right so that took about 1 hour um for all seven courses to be served uh we’ve just taken up dessert at the moment so guests said they loved it uh which is great news it is always good news um and yeah I love doing these these uh tasting menu I say degustation

Tasting men tasting we’ll go with that uh I love doing these tasting menus every so often um you know to mix it up from the family style that we usually do for lunches uh but yeah all went well proof is in the pudding ehh yes Chef all right good morning it’s a Christmas day and we’re sitting here at Peter island it is beautiful the weather is spectacular it’s a gorgeous day here and um we’ve all got our Christmas gear on getting ready getting in the spirit but we have two boys on the beach doing

A big beach set up and they don’t have any Christmas gear so send them a hat we going to send them a hat let’s give him a hat just get them in the spirit yeah get those scrooges and hats so BL set up a drone and he’s going to fly the hats

Over so I don’t know I think I’m not too sure how this is going to go Blair might be swimming for another drone shortly but he seems to think he’ll get it done I’m confident in this I think I think we got this there it go oh

Fail all right now we’re got to find now we got to go get there now we’re got to go find a Dean in wets to go find it dick boys dick boys deck boys deck boys yon’s a little grumpy this morning maybe we should go ask him yeah I think

We should definitely ask him so St you should go ask him yeah do you mind just jumping in the water for me quickly you mind you jump in the water that’s not the Christmas spirit be you’re not even doing anything you’re not even busy I’m literally driving the BG right

There’s one now we’re still waiting Davey always waiting the head it’s all the old man you be careful someone called me fat in the last video that’s not untr Yeah okay so beon has the goods I have the goods he’s got the goods your eyes I have the shakes that will make you don’t listen to him but yeah he’s got the turkey time to go to the beach go serve Lunch we got a little Pavo which is debatably uh Australian I think over New Zealand I don’t know if I heard the story before but there was a ballerina called Pavlova who came to did a tour of Australia New Zealand and the Kiwi tried to claim it but I believe it’s Australian

So we’ll leave it at that ENT to the comments go go you’re making me nervous St come lick his cup so I have done a Christmas dinner for the crew we’ve just had guest lunch we Dean and I have had massive push and now we treating the crew to a normal

Christmas dinner just to try and create some normality in our lives as it is pretty chaotic so we’ve got a rose turkey cauliflower cheese honey glazed parsnips carrots cooked in sumac bread stuffing crispy potatoes Wahoo weoo with with uh pineapple salsa and lemon brussels sprouts with bacon walnuts and

Onion we’ve got some Ceviche of wahooo as well gravy cranberry jelly and I’ve made them a chocolate raspberry and pineapple pav for dessert I think this is possibly one of the best breads I’ve ever seen you put out um yeah it was a bit timec consuming I sacrificed my

Break today my nap time just to keep you guys happy but the things we do for the ones who love ehy love you shie thank thank you you going to help me put this in the dam now as well okay good morning it is uh boxing

Day and we have just picked up anchor we have departed uh Peter island and we checked out of the bvis yesterday and uh we’re making our way back to some it is drop off day so we’re cruising back what do we have uh about an hour and a half

Hour and a half’s Cruis to go hour and a half to go until we drop anchor we’re going to drop anchor just outside charlott am Mali Harbor and uh put the toys in give the guests those last couple of extra hours of playing with the water sports and all that before

They have to go back to cold Northern America so uh going to try and smash it out have a great day and uh show the guests why Luna is the best so uh let’s get it done Okay cool so we just arrived in St Thomas I have the passports in hand we’ve got to now go clear customs and immigration reenter into the United States and uh then we’re allowed to play so let’s go along and get it done so uh first we’ve got to clear the

Boat in so we got to go in here and give the boat documents so the Immigration Form for the vessel the custom form for the vessel the crew list the guest list and then once he go through all that we then come back out and we go do the passports so let’s

Go okay so that’s the vessel cleared in now we’re got to go clear the crew so we go down here and get our passports done okay there we go everybody passed and we’re back in the States so let’s go back to uh doing our thing all right

Like that immigration done back to the boat the next group of crew will come in and then we’ll run the guests in a little bit later but it’s pretty pretty straightforward it’s pretty easy and just yeah come in show face get our passports stand what’s in the box what’s

In the box I don’t want to really open it in on the tender but so we have the ship’s official registry 19 crew passports 19 uh crew sdbs seen discharge books it’s like a SE far passport and then we got some gas SP Okay so we’ve just docked the boat in y haven grand the guests have just got off and they’re on their way to the airport so that’s going to end this Charter I’m going to get out of my Charter uniform and then we’re going to

Have a full crew debrief on the back of the boat going through the pros and cons and of course the tip talk all right guys cool another charter down well done nice little 4-day Charter um yeah I think that went pretty pretty well uh just had a quick h meeting with uh

Courtney Davey and uh Dean and Mike up up in the bridge and we kind of went through things we really actually didn’t have too many points so um I think that went well the guests were very happy so um well done a few little bits and pieces that I’ll talk to the hods

Individually about and then talk to and then they’ll bring it down to you guys but um well done uh big shout out to the deck team though for just how they interacted with the kids and uh played with the kids I’m yeah well done guys I’m that’s

Awesome that is exactly what Lun is known for and what we do so I think well done there but you know everybody else girls interior uh engineering keeping the lights on Chefs putting food on the table uh I think that went yeah well well done well done so uh they left us a

Little over 20% yeah s so it’s a little over $4,000 for a full share each so well done guys you know the work’s paying out yeah Merry Christmas and yeah well done so don’t spend it all in one place and uh no epic good job guys thank you so
