Hello and welcome to adventures with Amber the southeast as aition hello she’s back from her Hiatus here to accompany you through my Thailand series first off starting with my first week in Kosami once again guys absolutely fine firstly the immigration at Thailand is the quickest I have ever done orbe it the baggage uh drop off was the longest I’ve done but um I just went straight through and LU I was one of the first in this queue so that was very quick they

Asked once again similar to similar to um Malaysia how long are you going to be I said 3 weeks and they were like stamp okay have a lovely day bada bing bada boom also come down and all our luggage is already on the carousel that is the

First this is now my fourth or fifth flight and I’ve usually had to wait like half an hour cuz all the luggage is like off last especially if you’ve got a bag so here straight away Okay I’m like the full epit of like a silly English tourist right now because I just cycled more or less like along their Highway thing not very far I like what you’re supposed to do there’s only one road with my bloomon bicycle with my bag and coffee from the place I was

Eating in my basket in the front because I was like I want to go watch the sunset at the beach this is like real forest deie or not even that cuz they doesn’t have a beach but this is this is cool Vibes I made it with my coffee in town

That’s probably one of the most impressive things I’ve actually ever done put my bag and my coffee in the basket of a bike that’s too short for me and the handlebars move every time you basically touch them riding the highway in a country I landed in about 3 hours ago

Beach is to Beach there we go another Sunset she’s never seen before obviously not like she’ll never see again but on another Beach that’s the first the first tie Sunset see everyone like this bit is really viy cuz it’s really lovely to watch it go down but like for me it’s

The colors in the sky once it’s gone when all the beautiful colors come out in like 15 minutes maybe less probably 10 isn’t it that’s my Favorite this might be the most stupidest thing I’ve ever done so I may have messed up a little and then it’s darker a little earlier here and I don’t have any lights on I think I’m okay CU there street lights on the way back and the roads are quiet old there

So it’s like a fair ground yeah this was the road I’m referring to but it’s not very long it’s okay and it’s it’s quiet this pool is over until 11: on I on so that is two nights in piette done um and now I fly to COI that was a very lovely hostel

Actually which is what the r yous basically said you’ve got a pool you’ve got some lovely like communal areas you’ve got breakfast in the morning um I didn’t film the inside because obviously it’s very quiet in there and I’m not really in that zone and I completely

Forgot I do apologize and now I’ve handed my key back in so there we go but um I was in an all female dorm and it was literally only six of us and they were very cute like bunk beds with little um curtains across it so very

Private very lovely um and it had like the bathroom in the in the um shower room and everything literally just through a sliding door and then there was also space outside so I forgot how small domestic flight planes are and I should have known when we got on

To Sam the cutest thing ever look at this it’s like a little beach H so I’ve arrived at my guest house and I’ve arrived early because it did not take 50 minutes to fly to Kumi from pette and it’s such a small airport my luggage was basically on the carousel straight away

Cuz it’s tiny it’s like a plumin supermarket Carousel so I’m at my guest house look who’s just come to join me there’s a very friendly little Papa just walked out and just sat right next to me so now I’m just dissociating on my phone looking at what I can do in the

Area a little puppy I think I found where the uh Beach and the uh beach clubs are so I’ve just come back for a nice little walk around and someone’s on my bed can you see him there a fullon gecko what you doing buddy what do you think you’re doing on my

Bed oh see that’s the first time that’s happened and I didn’t expect it here now I’m going to be worrying There’s an actual gecko in my room not even in my room in my bed stop pet there’s like cafes weed cafes everywhere I didn’t know that I did not know

That to do is it I’ve been picked up I are going a CET in the restaurant I at and him out on my last day recommended going to tree Bridge Cafe in post him with me when he found out I was coming and basically he um yeah he recommended this

Place and I was like oh cool okay it’s in the middle of a jungle area um maybe I can get a bike and go up but as it turns out they do zip lines up there so I’ve basically finally gone for like a whole experience today I should take a

Couple of hours I think together um but yeah I am I’m on my way to go in have a coffee hopefully or a drink in the trees and wasn’t line across jungly Forest Area here we go that was steep we got truck to the Top 400 me here I go then as long as he’s going to be there to catch me ready my friend always okay no break okay 1 2 3 let’s [Applause] go oh my God stop it this is amazing I’m backward wooo oh my God give me your hand oh my god wow it’s amazing that was lovely view yeah is on yes run again run oh my God I can’t run and jump I’m Too Tall ready yeah I’ll be all right [Applause] Then W Oh my God okay ready ready let’s go bye wo yay Okay show you I love Work It I just played po or whatever this is I didn’t think I was very good but I think it’s cuz I’m handed and I always struggle which hand to play with I played left and it wasn’t completely dire Again my I want to see I all right right I found a proing what these guys are insane you don’t play with fire and fireworks at the same time she’s a Princess I’m quickly stuffing my face I’ve had 5 hours of sleep which is not good for me but I’m quickly stuffing my face and having a detox cold ice and waiting to get picked up to go to the elephant Sanctuary always stand in the middle between them otherwise you know we walk

To daughter and you use the T of push go away I don’t like you like this yes yeah all right everybody this are elephant ancient elephants this one’s a cheeky one oh my goodness what a little munchkin and she takes out like well I don’t really like pumpkin actually I wanted the more Melons we’ve just finished our Morning Experience we’re just about to sit down and eat lunch and the heavens have opened that was actually amazing that was the most sural amazing beautiful chilled out experience and like these these uh elephants are rescue like there’s the pregnant one that um I had my photo with

She’s she’s a year pregnant it takes 2 years and she was rescued from circus um but she was pregnant when she came to them cuz there’s only girls at this sanctuary in Costa move there’s only six elephants they’re so beautiful oh my God so rainy now the dogs just came running in

Soaking you like tissues oh my God you like tissues you you so cute oh oh Lovely this is my room in COI this is £ 13 a night and and I have booked five nights I did three nights and then I just booked another two because I wanted to do quite a lot of stuff as it turns out I wanted to keep

Myself busy and I dived straight into like the activity times in COI so three three nights was actually not enough by the time I arrived on Sunday obviously it only gave me Monday and Tuesday is 4 days and I filled them up I filled them up with ziplining and

Elephan thing so I booked another two nights um so today is Wednesday Today is Wednesday and I’m I’m going to have a rest day because quite frankly I crash and burned after coming back from the elephants last night I did not last night yesterday I um I didn’t sleep too

Well the other night I went out with Ally and his mate on and I was hoping to be home by 10 half 10 it turns out when you go out with Ali and on you do not get home when you want to because we went to like obviously the party strip of kosamu

There was lights and noise and music and people I was wired and I literally had like one drink I had a mango juice and then I thought we were going home and he was like I’ve got you a drink I was like oh my God thank you and then it gave me

A headache and then I was just basically awake until 2: a.m. so I am feeling it today even though I wasn’t actually I was feeling it yesterday I had the elephants and it was amazing and I was vibed out and I loved it and just dream

And then I came home and I showered and I basically crashed out and napped for like an hour and a half um and then I did not feel better when I woke up and I pulled myself out of bed at like like 400 p.m. and forced myself to walk down

The road for a coffee and then I forced myself to go and get food at like 5 half 5 otherwise I Knew by the time I’d walk back the hotel I knew I wouldn’t have walked out again and gone and got food which is bad so I went to a lovely place

And had a like three C bling Meal which was banging um but this is my hotel room good size bed bamboo is a little Rick rickety whatever it called what this is a really interesting piece of art which I still can’t quite figure out there’s like a lot going on there um

But yeah good size got fridge in this one too which is banging and then the toilet bathroom thing shower decent shower gets warm very quickly toilet sink me bada bang bada bom okay so just for reference um I have looked around but on my first day I did

A walk down near um oh my gosh what is it called Chang chaang Beach um and I came across these guys samoi Sunshine tours with the lovely jany and I don’t actually know the other lady’s name either way I have booked everything through them because not only are they just adorable and

Lovely and so cute um they actually were the best prices I found like maybe online if you really rummage you can look but I’ve also just booked my ferry to cop pangy Yang with them with with a pickup included which has just taken fair enough if I’d have done it myself

Online and then arranged for a pickup I think I would have saved 40 bar which literally is less than a pound so um for the convenience of me knowing that I’m going to get picked up on time and knowing that the grab like a grab’s not going to cancel or

Anything um oh that worked out perfectly I’ll leave sun uh Samui Sunshine tour details in uh the description below because honestly those guys are so sweet they’re so friendly and they literally are so efficient like and obviously with my vegan diet they have corresponded with every person I’ve gone to this is

Three now I’ve had the zipline experience with them um at tree Bridge Cafe and zipline and I have also gone to the elephant jungle Sanctuary trip with them and I have now just booked on for the pig Island Half Day Tour tomorrow um so I have really jammed my what are we

On now this is day three day three in CI I am very aware that I’ve spent quite a lot doing activities this week and I’m not going to Guilt Trip myself for that because that is also part of me coming away and doing all of this stuff and I

Haven’t done a week like this before and I’m currently I’m just about to hit hit week seven yeah so 7 weeks tomorrow I left the UK and this is the first week I have full on Gone full throttle and like dived into booking all these events I’m torn I did

Bump into a lady that actually runs one of the gyms and her husband is like Brazilian I think she said and he’s like a seven World CH like seven time world champion in mutai so I was talking to her CU obviously that just worked out well and and the one I’m looking at

Going to she was like it’s not amateur it’s like professional stuff and that is500 so the lady the other lady that I spoke to at the actual event she was so so sweet and she also is the first time someone’s flagged my birthmark and she noticed my birthmark and was just like

Oh you might win you might win you have a superpower I was like yes the witchiness is coming through um she was like it starts at 9:00 and it goes on for about 3 hours I oh my God like midnight you want me to stay up till midnight watch me fighting

Um so I’m going to let fate decide that one cuz I’m not 100% sure I think it would be so cool to see it um but yeah you can also book back through some ofi sunshine T to jany as well so yeah we’re now going to go to the beach and I

Have had my coffee I’ve had food and I’m just going to enjoy a really slow day CU this is my only day off of just not doing anything this week so H oh w snorkling again and I was really impressed I forgot about I forgot about the jellyfish I forgot about the jellyfish they just got me I got too excited cuz I found some Sting R and then I was like ow ow why well we arrived on pig island hello hello s little

If you’re planning island hoping around Thailand, Koh Samui needs to be on your list. I am so glad it was on mine

Traveller or Holidayer, Samui has some great activities to get your teeth sunk into, you can throw yourself into some great once in an opportunity experiences as well as head to a beach club, the beach and boogie the night away on Samui’s party strip.
This one for me really does have something for everyone

I booked onto the Treetop Zipline Cafe experience, as well as the half day morning tour at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary as I had heard good rep regarding ethical sanctuaries with this place. I also just HAD to check out the day trip to Pig Island (Koh Madam) once I found out the island full of cute pigs was just south of Samui – what a happy happy coincidence.

Loved this island so much, I truly felt like this was a pivotal week in my travelling. I just felt like I had settled in to the travelling whirlwind and decided here to through fire to the wind and try all the things at my feet. And I’m so glad I did – Honestly not one of those trips was a waster, and truly I felt all were such an amazing experience for the price.
