The monolithic Church of Saint-Emilion in France, is an underground construction duged in the early 12th century. Visitors are always intrigued by its unusual design and imposing Gothic portal, frescoes and modern art.

The Apocalypse mural is a work of art by François Peltier located in the cloister of the Collegiate Church of Saint-Emilion. The technique used is glazed oil painting. It measures 38.5 meters long and 5 meters high. There are five different woods: lebanese cedar, oak, chestnut, lime and poplar.
