Captain certainly had some tea to spill in a video titled ultimate World Cruise guests are not happy which has been viewed 2.1 million times by the time of this publication according to an unnamed Source ACC currently on board the Serenade the sea some guests are not are unhappy with the cruise Line’s treating
Of certain passengers better than others namely here we go the Pinnacle members are receiving preferential treatment compared to other passengers on board Pinnacle members are the highest tier of the Royal Caribbean Crown and Anchor Society loyalty loyalty program The Tick tocker contact alleges that P Tech members are being given special
Treatment and the opportunities not available to other passengers such as exclusive um meetings uh and not having to wait in lines on board the ship’ been invited to meetings in town halls which all guests haven’t been invited to things are going on in these meetings that are affecting
The ship the source also says all Pinnacle members got to see the all Pinnacle members got to see the Northern Lights but no other passengers were made aware of the once in a-lifetime Opportunity the other issue at hand per the travel influencer is that the world
Crews are not who are not staying or is that the world Cruisers who are not staying on the entire 9month Journey may be getting better treatment than the segmenters or passengers who are only on board for a portion of the sailing approximately 700 passengers are completing the full 9 Monon sailing
But some passengers are only cruising only joining the cruise for a for one of the four segments which will last more than 60 nights or on the shorter 9 to 28 night cruises wrapped into the world Cruise itinerary um in the video the te Captain reported that many of these segmenters
Are being excluded from Social Media Group chats by the other passengers because they’re not completing the full Cruise causing them to miss out on opportunities during their time on board um so I can I listen I can honestly say and I think I just was talking with my
Co-hosts about this uh not long ago the Pinnacle people okay they have to sell 750 nights on a Royal Caribbean ship um that is extraordinary uh by you know contrast I am the ne I am the the Loyalty right below Pinnacle um at which is called Diamond Plus that starts at 175 nights
On roow Caribbean um and Pinnacle starts at 750 so there’s a huge difference between those um so you know those people they wear a little pin and I was making jokes about how you know the crew will stop everything and bow to them like they’re you know royalty and Royal

Event moving on Norwegian Cruise Line ships or Norwegian cruise ship breaks moing lines during debarkation W so while Norwegian Prima was docked in gston Texas and debarking from her most recent sailing strong wind gusts caused the vessel to break her moing lines the ship had just finished a seven night visit to
Costaa harvest K ratan and KML the crws had departed on Friday December 29th strong weather included wind gusts recorded as high as 47 miles per hour uh that would be 76 kilometers per hour for you Canadians in the um uh conditions strong enough to put too much stress on the lines holding the

Apparently um from what I understand when Alaska Cru or Alaska Cru When Alaska Airlines receives a PL a brand new plane they immediately put it into heavy maintenance just to go back over it and make sure everything so they think it was either a manufacturing defect or a result in that heavy

Over five or six decks we were nearly there and suddenly the elevator stopped a voice came on uh you could tell it was an automated voice and it said medical priority override we were like wow wow that’s something I’d never heard of before ever in all of my cruising and
The elevator returned to a different floor and the door opened and the genie and the affluent you know passengers stepped on and it started heading down um to the gang way deck and the other passenger that had been on the elevator with me asked um you know the genie um
What’s going on where’s what’s what’s the medical you know situation and he just kind of played dumb with her um and he said well where are you trying to go and she was like well we were trying to go to the Wind Jammer and he was like well
I can drop you and I was standing there thinking well how you going to drop us we’re headed down and that’s up right and then it got to the floor and they all stepped off and it just walked away and and it it just it irritated me to in

You’re whever you’re at that’s it that’s it you earn that spot fine you know so yep good thing that you get some uh priv and others don’t do until they get there so yeah yeah I did notice on the Excel class that they are trying to push these Loft
19 Suites and stuff and there is only one elevator that goes you know straight up to it and I believe that that should be that one elevator exclusive for that you know and you can you can do the thing because in the world that we live
In not the world as it should be but in the world that we live in unfortunately the new golden rule that has been applied is he that has the gold makes all the rules and unfortunately that’s that’s the way it is that’s right you
