Welcome to today’s Granada houses video we’re  here to show you this absolutely super Bungalow   only 25 minutes from the city of Granada  unfortunately as you can see the weather’s   a little bit gray today but normally you would be  able to see the mountain you’d be able to see the  

Snow of the Sierra Nevada in that direction it  has roughly 9,000 square m of land planted to   Olive and there’s approximately 80 olive trees  there’s well water with a 60,000 L tank and the   well is registered there’s Mains electricity  and a septic tank so of course the house is  

Completely detached you can walk all the way  around without any problems and the owners   tell us that there’s insulation in the roof and  in the walls have a lovely barbecue area which   when it’s sunny and the skies are clear it’ll be  facing the Sierra Nevada I love the way they’ve  

Done some of the windows here they’ve got some  really stylish touches all of the windows are   high quality double glazing with persianas  and with mosquito netting that you just pull down and I really really like that  they’ve kept full height ceilings   throughout so we have a little porch as we go

In nice tille flooring and then really high  ceilings with inset lighting real wood beams   high quality marble feature on the wall it’s  absolutely beautiful the heating comes from a   log burning stove over over there lots of light  as you can see two sets of double doors which  

Lead out onto the land it’s a simple kitchen  done in an Ander Luan style very very pretty   though and of course you could easily change  this and add in a few more features you could   add in a larger hob and an oven that would  be easy to do plus there’s plenty of space  

Here and I rather like that it’s so open plan so  you can cook and also be talking to your friends   it’s two bedrooms with one bathroom they’re  both very good siiz rooms I’ll show you the   larger one first same tiling throughout  which is rather nice and again full height

Ceilings it’s been recently  built so the quality is very very high here’s your shower room  say all new electrics new plumbing and shower I’d probably change the shower  itself uh something a little bit more   stylish but that’s personal taste of  course hot water is by Electric tank

And here’s your second bedroom it’s a really  good size double slightly smaller than the   other bedroom but the whole house feels really  spacious and I think that’s not just because   of the windows and the light that we have  but it’s also because of the height of the

Ceilings on the land there’s also a  shed which has all the electrics for the water 60,000 ler tank for the well water we’re only 7 minutes or so from the  nearest small town for all your shopping needs but it’s an absolutely super  super house lots of possibilities  

For growing your own veggies you  could possibly put in an inground   pool obviously with permissions but an  overground pool would be very simple to do fully fenced plot and there’s lots of Lights  as well on the outside so as you come into the  

Plot there are lights either side of the entrance  way and also there are lights here on the outside   of the house one near your eating area and the  other one near the barbecue and this barbecue   has electricity and water to the actual unit  itself so we hope you’ve enjoyed this video
