A few reasons for this firstly they’ve got Bermuda grass on the G on The Fairway sorry which means it’s basically got a high tolerance to drought and salt which means it needs little water to maintain the condition and the green lovely Fairways that we all like to hit
Our approach shots from the greens themselves are from paspalum grass and now I’ve not heard of this grass before but essentially this is also tolerable to salt and needs a lot less water meaning it’s cheaper to run the the golf course more sustainable and which means
They can keep the cost down really for the golfers now they’re greens the fibers essentially go across like this whereas traditional greens they’ll grow up and this means that when you’re hitting your approach shots you don’t get many divots which again keeps the greens in fantastic condition it when
The course is fully booked throughout the summer you often find that a lot of golf courses you’ve got Pitch uh pitch marks have not been repaired or a lot more wear and tear a speech you do not get that at all I played it myself last
