On a layover well we are slam clicking in Germany today y’all but the room now this is my first trip of 2024 Germany on Sundays I mean everything is closed flying with skates back at it again here with another Right video for you guys today T the when you slideing so y’all we got ready to go to work we actually went to the airport I had a jump seat to go to New York and I was like looking at the Atlanta swap board and all these strips just kept dropping

On the swap board so I was like hm let me drop my room and stay in Atlanta and pick up a trip so we are still in Atlanta because we’re going to pick up a trip out of Atlanta but the thing with Atlanta is the trips

Have to expire on the swap board so that the fight attendant in base can have a fair opportunity to pick up the trips right so I mean the trips are really good like Johannesburg was on there it expired in like 20 minutes somebody got

It um and Bas which is fine but I just pray that God whatever is your will for my life today for whatever CHP I want to go on let it you know let it happen I I need the hours so a Rome it’s a Rome on

The board right now and it expires in about 16 minutes what I said I said Rome I think I okay I don’t know what I said there’s a Frankfurt on the board that expires in like um 20 minutes so hopefully we get that I’ll keep you guys updated on what

This is my first trip of 2024 and I just want to go over a couple of things with you guys so being that I am a experienced vendant I just want to have about a little flight and chitchat and the first thing that I want to discuss is when you are

Becoming a fight attendant it’s important to save your money and budget because your first year as a fight attendant you don’t make that much money my first year as a fight attendant I made for around $40,000 and that is not a lot then that

Is not a lot of money um and then it’s taxed you got think about the deductions and your cost of living it’s not a lot of money um so make sure you guys are budgeting and saving your money right now okay two once you get on the line it’s really

Important to know that you will get this trip multiple times okay you don’t have to go out and buy everything at the store and do every experience every single time on your layover okay because it’s you’re going to get the trip multiple multiple times okay so don’t feel

Pressured to do every single thing if it’s not in your budget don’t do it because you’re going to be in debt trying to keep up with everybody else and that’s not how it works it’s not people’s reality and I think the more that we’re roll with ourselves the

Better we will have better Financial Freedom okay um so yeah okay okay at work you are going to meet so many different people some people you’re going to be cool with and some people you aren’t going to be and some people you will not be cool with it’s okay you

Don’t have to be cool you you don’t have to be cool with them okay life goes on you’re there with that person for about maybe 8 hours maybe 16 hours but at the end of the day you’re here to do a job and do your job and be gone okay it’s important to

It’s important to make memories with this job use your travel benefits make sure you guys are traveling with your travel benefits go outside take a trip budget for your trip and go on a trip okay that’s really important another thing is stay hydrated as a fendant

You’re always up and down up and down every day on so make time for your loved ones that job will be there when you get back okay make time for people who you care about and who you love because this job will be here okay health is wealth take care of

Yourself work out eat good food and if you don’t eat good food go to the gym and work out okay and try to eat good food at home or on your layovers pack your food buy you a lunch bag that’s going to help you save your money okay um yeah

So I like my little flight attendant y’all know my Airline was hiring they they took those applications down so quick okay they was like we is done um so yes y’all today is January 7th it’s currently like 10:00 a.m. here in Frankfurt so it’s really like 4:00

A.m. in Atlanta and I actually kind of like how this time Zone plays out because I still can take a nap and be on my regular time zone tomorrow we have tomorrow we have a pick up of 8:00 a.m. so we got to be downstairs and ready at 8:00

A.m. I’m a little under the weather and honestly I’m going to slam click in Germany I’m not going to go out like it’s too cold to go out it’s snowing outside I am not a winter girl I don’t play outside in the winter that’s not me so yeah um

But anyways y’all we are in Frankfurt Germany for 24 hours let’s get into this layover thank God I brought food because I’m not going outside I’m not doing it like find somebody else to do it cuz it’s not going to be me okay but yeah make sure you are drinking your

Water and staying hydrated and keeping on your skincare routine my skin is so dry and it’s been getting better but I think I have some hormonal acne going on right now my period is coming on so my is doing whatever it wants to do okay um so anyways yeah let’s Go Germany on Sundays I mean everything is closed this reminds me of like Barcelona but Barcelona had restaurants open um it’s important to also look and make sure you know when you are where you’re traveling to and if they have holidays if they’re closed on Sundays I know the Europeans they do not

Play about being closed on Sundays like they don’t open up um and I totally forgot about that when I picked up this trip and honestly I’m only here for the 19 hours and 40 minutes um you guys know the pay raise my check went crazy so I

Was like you know what I’m just here for the money and again I know I’m going to get this trip again it won’t be the last time me seeing this trip um and honestly y my body needs rest so I’m going just rest this whole entire trip and I’ll be

Okay me and um one of the flight attendants we’re gonna go have dinner at 5:00 pm I slept for like four hours I edited a vlog I watched some Netflix every time I have a layover y’all I’m not going to be able to do everything

I’m not going to be able to go out and show you guys a grand time every time because I’m just either I’m physically tired I don’t have no money I’m trying to budget I’m trying to save or I just don’t want to do it and that’s like the flexibility of this job
