What’s up everyone today I’m going to go apartment hunting so I’m looking to purchase an apartment and I know the style that I want I know the area so the style is Loft a loft style so tall tall ceilings uh brick walls um kind of like an industrial feel

So there’s four of them that we’re going to view uh most of them are going to be in one’s in Oldtown uh one’s in the perus uh building building and one of them is by Victory square one of them is in Old Town so uh let’s do it all right

Okay okay this is the first apartment hisorical center of town center of town this is a Stalin style building small historical building this is 1950s yeah 1950s Okay and on the fourth floor all right this is on the fifth floor okay let’s take our shoes off okay here we go we have to take the shoes off though okay here we go all right walking in here okay via give me a tour Street City individual Apartment

Bedroom that’s nice there’s the walking closet and again tall or high ceilings nice LA and I would assume this used to be all open all open nice bed view when View and sunny every day oh sunny every day okay so you it looks like we got three windows

One two three four five five window five Windows all right and uh you look [ __ ] I did I did get nice all right yeah and uh bathroom bathroom oh nice so kind of a window out to the rest of the apartment okay nice shower a big

Miror yeah they have they have the same shampoo and body wash at all three Apartments yeah because this apartment Str I know nice toilet oh they all important spray we have to be clean mhm all right all right it’s nice I like it oh oh it’s I think it’s higher yes all

Right hi Sergey we’re just leaving a third third department and uh that was 66.6 square m not too sure about that number uh the previous Apartments were around 55 56 square meters so those one’s much bigger uh same price 164k so he the owners love that that number

164 let’s let’s let’s go to the next turns yeah um many El Easterns and um spend your time El people in Minsk because has Cafe New Cafe yanala theater yeah yeah everything’s in walking distance it’s really close to car Marks Street which is probably the most famous

Building it’s very nice building I think it was built in like 1950 and then here’s the park or the garden whever you want to call it outside so let’s go I think it’s on the first floor I think I think yeah I think that might be it right

There so yeah here we go okay going in this one’s like 68 square m and it’s very very unique it’s two levels hello hello are we we want to do a video of it okay we’ve been seeing this on uh on the internet real real. uh real
