AUSCHWITZ PARTE 2 – A CONSTRUÇÃO DO HOLOCAUSTO

Hi everyone, this is the second part of the series I’m producing about the Holocaust. Part of the recordings I made for this video was made during my visit to the Auschwitz extermination camp, a place where the Nazis killed more than a million people during the second world war,

If you haven’t seen the first video in this series in which I show and tell a little about the history of this place, the link is up here on the card, understanding how the construction of the Holocaust was is a complex task as it requires a lot of study

Of everything which took place in Europe and the Levante region in the last two thousand years, this is Rosa’s channel and today’s video is a journey through time and also a reflection on how humanity was capable of such an atrocity and that despite our efforts not to let this history be forgotten,

Humanity continues to repeat the same mistake as before, we need to start from the premise that the Jewish people were in fact the biggest victims of the Nazis and that the state of Israel was only conceived after the end of the second world war as a place for the Jews

To live as if it were the home of the Jews and it was established there in what is the territory of Palestine until the beginning of the second world war a good part of the Jewish people were spread here throughout Europe but who is the Jewish people

And how they ended up here in Europe the Jews an Israelite tribe originating from Judah in the Levant region which is currently Syria Lebanon Palestine the state of Israel itself they began to immigrate here to Europe shortly before the emergence of the Empire Roman and this immigration intensified

After the Roman siege of Jerusalem in sixty-three BC and arriving here in Europe they did not have the right to land to plant and harvest their livelihood and then many ended up prospering with commerce or with banks too right, and then this ended up arousing fury, especially from the Catholic church,

Since charging interest was not something considered Christian, right, another aggravating factor was the constant persecution of the Jews by whoever was in power, basically the Jews have never had peace in Europe since they arrived here, it’s worth a read on the subject and I will leave a link in the description

So that you can clarify a little more about this story in this video here we will move forward several centuries to focus on the period that preceded the Holocaust, the Jewish population here in Europe before the Second World War world population was approximately nine million, fifty-something percent of the world’s population of Jews

And here in Europe this population of nine million was reduced to three million , that is, two thirds, six million Jews were murdered by the Nazis , it’s a very impressive number, you’re crazy, man. God, when the oppressors need to justify their actions before the world, they will find an obscure science

To call their own . scientific their abuses and atrocities around the world , for example in the second half of the 19th century when Europe carved up Africa, they did all kinds of things there because they considered those humans inferior, that’s what the eugenic theory said,

In fact, it’s in this context that we have what to remember another idiot who is sitting with Hitler on the devil’s lap called , I even forgot his name Leopoldo Segundo from Belgium that this guy did there in Congo, look, it’s all right, there’s no way to put it

On a scale of genocide , to say that one genocide is bigger than the other, but what this guy did there is indescribable as part of the need to consolidate a national union, Germany needed to build an enemy and again all the blame is channeled towards a chosen target

And there will always be an actor who, with areas of credibility , will build disseminating a false narrative today here in Europe, the target is immigrants and in countries where authoritarianism has been more successful, such as Russia and Hungary, there is a progressive withdrawal of rights from vulnerable populations, mainly LGBT,

In addition to the implosion of the judiciary in Brazil, the authoritarian extreme right also always has someone to point the finger at, depending on the occasion and for those who think that fake news is a thing nowadays, it was back in the 19th century at the end of the 19th century

That fake news appeared, of course there was no zap at that time but it was published in a Russian newspaper called I’ll have to copy it here Znamya in a thousand nine hundred and three the name of the publication was the protocol of the wise men of Zion

And it was a huge nonsense but it was what gave ideas and supported all the Nazi propaganda from the beginning of the party until the end in the second world war this protocol of the wise men of Zion it was published in pieces by this Russian newspaper and it described

A kind of plan by the Jews and the Freemasons to achieve world domination, nothing very different from what many people talk about today about globalism, right? There is always someone wanting world domination in I’m going to leave a tip here for those who like literature,

There’s a wonderful book by the great Umberto Eco that describes how this nonsense came about, the name of the book is The Prague Cemetery and there in the 1920s and 1920s and thirty , the protocol of the wise men of Zion, it was the basis of Nazi propaganda,

But when they came to power they began to implement the teaching of this business in schools as a form of indoctrination of children , then they grew up with these ideas in their heads, which justifies what explains at least a little of the apathy

Of the majority of the German population in the face of the atrocities, right that the German army , which in fact the SS, everyone there, the Nazis did , when defeated in the first war, the German empire collapses and gives way to the Weimar Republic , which was a weak government

That had to deal with the misfortune imposed on those who provoke and lose a war, which had been the case with the German empire, a perfect scenario for the emergence of authoritarian leaders who promise to resolve everything with the stroke of a pen , At the end of the First World War, Germany,

As a great loser, was going through an unprecedented economic and moral crisis, hyperinflation, debt owed to the victors of the war, and also the humiliation, of having been defeated , and it was in this context that a certain average soldier who began to gain notoriety , had already

Failed as an artist in his youth and started to win over a lot of people there in nineteen twenty-three he had already attempted a coup d’état then he was arrested and in prison he wrote a book called “my struggle” in which he described among other things, his hatred of the Jews,

Whom he blamed for the defeat in the first world war because he called the Jews traitors, right, and also as those responsible for the economic crisis that Germany was going through and then at the end of the nineteen hundred and 20, when it seemed that Germany was finally going to recover

, the crisis of 1929 came and ended everything, it ended with the collapse of the German economy and this crisis opened space for the German Nazi extreme right to begin to gain space and manage to elect the majority of parliament in nineteen thirty-three, making their leader, the military man I mentioned earlier

Called Adolf Hitler, reach the position of chancellor , which is the most important executive position in German politics , Hitler came to power in nineteen thirty-three and three and right there the martyrdom of those the Nazis judged as enemies began , right after taking office he started boycotting Jewish establishments

He sent the SA men, right, it was his police to stand at the doors of the establishments and shout slogans not to let people to buy , so if a German came in there they would say oh you’re coming in there, you’re a traitor and they would

Write down the name of whoever was buying in the store as a way of intimidating, right, and that worked for the Jews , they had a lot of losses at that time. and from then on, a series of anti-Semitic laws began to be passed one after the other

With the intention of cleaning the country, from those who were not Nazis and also, mainly from the Jews, Hitler’s speech was basically ultra nationalist , he wanted Germany only for the Germans and then the phrase he said was Germany above all, something we hear nowadays in another language Hitler

Promised to rid Germany of those who in his mind were hindering progress , but to persecute and oppress he needed the approval of the state to do so , he began to move parliament to approve anti-Semitic laws, that is, laws against the Jewish people and these anti-Semitic laws began

To be enacted from April 1933 and among these laws included compulsory retirement for non-Aryans, prohibition on Jews to practice the profession of doctor and lawyer and the restriction to 1.5% of Jewish enrollment in schools and universities and anti-immigration laws were also passed, which we also hear a lot nowadays, right, people

Saying that it’s the fault of the violence comes from immigrants, well at that time these anti-immigration laws gained strength and the German citizenship that had been given to people who had gone to Germany after the first world war was withdrawn , so these people started to be considered foreigners, right? illegal legal immigrants

And the persecution became much more brutal from July 1933 when parliament passed a law called prevention of hereditary diseases which in practice meant forced sterilization of mentally disabled people who had health problems and other people who belonged to unwanted groups, such as prostitutes, criminals and also anyone who did not fit into the

Social standards of the time and from 1935 onwards more laws were passed that incorporated many of the racial theories that underpinned Nazi ideology, so all these laws constituted a legal aspect, they gave a veneer of legality to all the persecution that the Jews suffered from the rise of Hitler,

But there was no chain to account for it. of the hunt that Hitler undertook and that’s how the concentration camps emerged the concentration camps they didn’t start after the war back in 1933 the Germans were already creating a concentration camp in Dachau which is ten miles from Munich

This camp, it was established in an abandoned factory and its initial purpose was to imprison political opponents, the Nazis, such as German communists, social democrats, left-wing trade unionists in general, but it didn’t take long for other groups to begin to be persecuted and imprisoned in Dachau, such as the witnesses of Jehovah, homosexuals

, gypsies or Roma people, right, until that moment the Jews were not imprisoned in concentration camps, although they were already being victims of Nazi hatred on the streets , in their homes, in their businesses, but with the beginning of the war, the Jewish and people were victims of the German soldiers

Where they passed, mainly with mass shootings, right, and in the cities, the Jews were confined in spaces that became known as ghettos , but it was a temporary place, right, they waited there until it was possible to transport them to some extermination or concentration camp

, the largest of all was established in Warsaw where more than four hundred thousand people were confined in a space of three square kilometers and then came the second world war and with it the escalation of terror and with the beginning of the war the persecution began to occur outside the limits

Of Germany, then populations of other countries began to suffer at the hands of the Nazis, wherever they went, they killed , they executed, but it was from 1942, right in the middle of the war, that people Jews began to be transported, mainly to camps that came to be known as extermination camps

, and as the war progressed in 1945, the Germans already knew that they were going to lose, so they intensified the killing, they decided that they they were going to kill as many Jews as possible, this is the Jewish Holocaust, as it became known , it was the end result of a succession

Of things that happened over several years, slowly, German society and other countries also passively watched Hitler’s rise to rise of the extreme right and the growth of persecution and I think this is the lesson that we have to take forward that we have to work so that these things don’t happen again,

Although I believe that we are failing because they are happening right now somewhere in the world but also actively working to prevent these new Hitlers who emerge from time to time from being able to take their small steps towards gaining power and implementing their ideas of persecution

The Jewish Holocaust is a stain on the recent history of humanity , which is full of genocides, because it was so recent that we still have living witnesses, has immense relevance because it generated a wave of awareness and a commotion never seen before and today a person needs to be very scoundrel

Not to condemn this genocide, however I fear that our generation and future ones are distancing themselves from this memory and without realizing it they are doomed to repeat the same steps in In practically all the videos I watched on YouTube to prepare for this one, people were unanimous in saying that

Visiting Auschwitz is extremely important for us to learn from this mistake here and prevent it from happening again, including schools here in Europe. They organize excursions for students to visit here when they turn fifteen. The visit is not recommended for children under fifteen, but I hear that this is not enough

Since this error is happening again at this exact moment in some place or several places in the world have so much happening at this time in which we live that they make us doubt whether we really learned anything from the Jewish Holocaust these days

It hurts to follow the annihilation of the Palestinian people that has been going on for decades as well as the terrorist response that should not be accepted, I have Ukrainian friends who have had family members murdered since the beginning of the war and their ancestors have suffered so many other times

, but there is something much closer to our reality as Brazilians , since Brazil is one of the most hostile places for the LGBT population, being the country where most transgender people are killed out of pure and simple hatred, this persecution is proof that the eugenic and discriminatory ideas that founded Nazism

Are still rooted in society, especially in Brazilian society, there are several holocausts happening today and unfortunately humanity does not never learn anything like we saw the Holocaust it wasn’t something that magically happened from one day to the next it was a long construction decades of fake news successive economic crises

That caused the population to lose that faith in politicians it happened in 1900 and thirty-three had already happened before in Italy and the worst of all is that it continues to happen today here in Europe, the extreme right is growing with this same talk and every moment

A new Hitler is emerging somewhere in the world, winning hearts and minds and coming to power through democratic means and once there he begins to put into practice his speeches of persecution against his opponents and people and also persecution of those people who do not match his ideal of a good citizen

And in the worst case he does soft body so that a disease can take the lives of those most vulnerable people, bringing back that eugenic theory from the century before last that founded this here and I hope this video has made you think because the type of person who was capable

Of this here in Auschwitz it’s still out there in fact they never disappeared their ideas continue to circulate everywhere today mainly on Zap disguised as nationalism exacerbated patriotism and always finding an enemy for those everyday problems whether economic or security if you write a comment here on the video

It will take a while for it to appear because first I will read it and I will evaluate whether or not it should be published and in the next video I will make some recommendations for anyone visiting Auschwitz, either to make the visit more meaningful

Or to help anyone who is planning this visit , and as a last message I would like to make an appeal that we need to be alert to the signs that if that political leadership that you admire repeats Hitler’s speeches, it is likely that she will also repeat her actions

When she has the chance and I want to take this opportunity to clarify that the limitations of producing a video like this prevent the necessary depth on this subject, something that must have been noticed by an expert on the subject who may have watched this video until the end,

My mission was to raise the stakes and awaken curiosity so that from now on, whoever has finished watching the video goes there now to watch a more in-depth documentary, preferably produced by a trustworthy entity or read a book on the subject, my recommendation which was actually suggested by my sister Débora

Is a book by the highly respected author Primo Levi, an Italian Jew who survived Auschwitz, the name of this book is “Is this a man?” And the link for those who want to buy is below in the video description , but if you don’t have the means to buy,

Call me directly on Instagram or leave a comment here on the video and we’ll find a way and that’s it, let’s study and talk with others with propriety and bring light to those who are in the direction of the darkness of authoritarianism, may this place forever be

A cry of despair and a warning to humanity where the Nazis murdered around a million and a half men, women and children, mainly Jews from several countries in Europe
