THE SABBATICAL – Episode 29: Forever Fun (Hvar & Vis, Croatia)
After a week on Croatia’s mainland, it’s time for Marlene, Steve and William to take their sabbatical offshore – to Croatia’s islands. Starting with a few days to wind down on the island of Hvar, the trio split their time between Stari Grad at Hvar Town, while visiting some of local sights such as Malo Grablje.
With no one to be found on Hvar in the offseason, they head to Vis (with a quick stop-over back in Split at Diocletian’s Palace). Back on Vis, Steve and Marlene refamiliarize themselves with the town they got married on, all while bringing their toddler along for the ride.
It’s a special return to a place that will forever remain in the family history books!
