Welcome to our “Siquijor Island, adventures and more” Vlog!
Here you’ll find footage from our adventurous day biking around the island of Siquijor. We had several spots saved on our maps to check out, but the day had other plans for us.
We ended up making it to only 2 of our destinations: Salagdoon beach and Kawassan Falls (not on our original go-to list).
The day was beautiful, fun, silly, scary, and a memory we will never forget. We finally received that warm welcoming Filipino hospitality we’d heard so much about, even if there were moments of fear and doubt speckled throughout the experience.
We feel blessed to have been so luckily unlucky.
We loved Siquijor Island, and would definitely return to finish our island tour.

The journey begins!
Scotty and I quit our jobs, moved our stuff into storage and left Canada to travel all around Southeast Asia until the funds run out. We’ve always talked of doing something like this, but we decided to take the plunge and really go for it.
We are starting our travels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and staying with our old pal and roommate Sunil. From there, we will be traveling to Bali, Indonesia then rolling wherever the wind takes us.
Our goal is to experience as much as we can, get out of our comfort zones, and really live our lives to the fullest.
We plan to share this journey with friends and family and anyone else interested in our journey. The goal is to put out one travel vlog weekly, to share the good, the bad, and everything in between.
