Yeah sorry good morning so we have just left the Refuge off in the hell over there um feeling 10 times better today I progressively got worse and worse last night and while we were having tea I just was like super cold but to touch was like super hot so I was having like
A hot flush but I felt quite cold Within Myself um but yeah I feeling so much right today I think I just needed a night in a bed um so we just have breakfast at The Refuge I’m pretty sure it’s only like half 7 8:00 now it’s the
Earliest we’ve been up and out in a long time but breakfast at The Refuge was at 7:00 and um cuz we went to bed too early last night cuz I didn’t feel too great um it was actually pretty easy to get up early this morning so uh already
Starting the day off with beautiful views I think it’s fingers crossed hopefully meant to stay nice today it seems to have been that the thunderstorms have been overnight so far they were initially after looking at the weather meant to be during the days so very very grateful that it’s been stormy
At night and sunny every day it’s definitely a bit colder today though there’s a uh quiet the fresh Breeze um which is a nice change to be honest but we’re heading to Cora today we’ve got a hotel booked there just out of town and I think it’s about 5 hours
On the side so not too bad and the views already Wicked and we’ve only come from there and it’s already a beautiful day my life is a scrubble of it makes no sense and to lose it hurts take a heart right kiss to go left fell long long nights in the days are
G but I stand up my own even with my two left Feet oh will dance the night away get back to sleep and now we C again also we’ve taken the traditional to mon W route where you do go up the hill um there is an alternative route um down into the valley I’m pretty sure it’s Val
Veni um that’s where a lot of people choose to camp the C St at The Refuge and so to get to that route you just carry on um straight along the road that we were on earlier but we’re taking the high route the weather’s not too bad
Well the weather’s not bad at all whereas um I think a b with thunderstorms and stuff you want me to take the wet weather lower out right now I’m very out of breath I’m very glad that we’re taking this Su by I’m very out [Applause]
I don’t know how well the um camera is picking it up but there are a bunch of like tiny orange butterflies on the trail this morning and they’re all in the wild flowers and it’s just so beautiful the color of the orange butterfly with the bright colors of the
Flowers Like It’s So Co and there’s so many of [Applause] them better than fun what’s better than This and what is better than Sunshine what’s better you think real is right in the love no think real love was Dan and in the rain don’t you see you classic K wish you did all this sweet s so even though it’s a little bit fresh when you stop this is perfect climbing
Hills weather I think this very similar to our uh Good Old English weather it’s been perfect for climbing this morning so and that is the highest point of our did done which was actually a really pretty um relatively like unep climb gradual climb that’s what I was like there’s definitely a
Word for that gradual climb and now we got these views on the other side and the breeze has DED down you got it right so hold on soon you’re going to start to forget the words like a song it wasn’t written yet oh fool and love is going to get you

Every day so far but the trail today is absolutely beautiful and it’s been relatively flat which is um pretty mad got that hill this morning and then it’s just been super gradual downhill but what a stunny section of Trail going to get a rare picture of us

Break getting pretty peckish now and this has come at a great time before we go down the hill count my dreams they all something wrong yeah can say as well I don’t feel at home but I’ll Stand up my even with my two left feet oh we dance the night away to get
Back to sleep okay about car down anyone nah that’s cheating and there’s town I’m pretty sure that’s cor anyway although the sign has an hour and a half but that looks significantly Closer so it’s they about halfway down the mountain now in almost like a little ski village where there’s quite a few restant there’s a sports shop I assume this is where after they’ve skied a bit they stop for food and then continue to ski down into town bit too
Temped so by the looks of things we walk right down alongside the gas in town now so not too far the Sun has definitely cranked up an Notch it is pretty bloody hot now and the knees and ankles are a little bit sore so it would be very
Tempting to get a Gondola down but we pous so we can’t do that um but yeah not too far to go you know what else is mad that these gonders I don’t know how many hours of the day that they run but more of them are empty than rold which is
Crazy cuz it must cost a fair bit to keep setting them up and down all day but um oh Jordan Cat by me but yeah crazy so since starting the The Descent from the top where the gunas were it has been semis sketchy in areas I think cuz
It’s quite Dusty Under Foot as well and some bit have been super safe it’s been been a little tough but it’s been beautiful walking through all these pine trees and all the flowers even though it literally seems to fall the exact same route as the godilla In my dreams I’m a warrior princess in a pattern skirt on yeah reaching for answered prayers hovering in the autn arrow Yeah they say don’t leave me like this but I don’t need them to exist they say don’t leave me like this but no oh I want To a lot of switchbacks coming down lot of a lot of that’s s so we just arrived our hotel in cor and it is absolutely lovely we’ve got this little Garden area out here with the view of the mountains it is just so nice we were very very underdressed when we came in
Everyone was in like shirts and like super nice we walk in with our backpacks sweaty gross so uh having a shower now the hotel is going to do a laundry for us we did pay a bit of a premium on that I think it’s about1 15 but that’s where everything washed
And dried so it will come back smelling Super Fresh which I’m very excited about um but yeah super lovely we got um a free mini apple juice with ice on arrival as well which was lovely but I think we’re just going to shower now head out into town and grab a bit of
Food and then just chill just chill and enjoy it I’m pretty sure it’s quite early still I think it’s maybe like half 1 2:00 so it really hasn’t took us long at all today um but that downhill was pretty pretty steep to be fair I could
Definitely feel it on my ankles and my knees now um but yeah excited to just chill and enjoy the evening and go and grab some food and at it also while I’m in Italy I really want to try like a proper Italian coffee but also we have a
Little decent coffee machine in our room so I might have to have a double coffee tomorrow cuz I’m pretty sure we’ve only maybe got like one more day in Italy until we H Switzerland so uh decisions on what coffee to drink is Tough is better than love better than fun what’s better than this and what is better than Sunshine better than daisies what’s better than
Hey everyone! We’re off on another adventure, this time to Europe, hiking one of the most popular long distance trails in the world, the Tour Du Mont Blanc, starting and ending in Chamonix, passing through France, Italy and Switzerland, this 170km trail circles around the highest mountain in Europe, Mont Blanc – It took us 11 days all together, and involved lots of camping, insane views, and the opportunity to explore this incredible part of the Northern Alps on foot – this is day 4, where we head into Courmayeur in Italy, for our first hotel of the trip, which obviously we were insanely excited about, and to top it off the day on trail was absolutely stunning, and quite possibly one of our favourite days on trail so far – I hope you enjoy, and as always thankyou so much for watching 🙂
