Yes, the primary aim of our page is to promote our sarees but we thought why not during the lockdown, take you to Southeast Asia from the space of your homes 😉. As some of you already know, last year my husband and I went on the most memorable trip of our lives so far! We travelled Southeast Asia for 3 months 😊😊😊. It was a trip that not just taught us about the different cultures but a trip that truely taught us to be happy with what you have!
Today I want to share a story about the woman who touched my heart in Tamil Nadu, India. She used to make an effort to come and talk to me everyday. She knew we were from UK and was so eager to find out about our lives here…and that was not because she was intrusive, it was because she was dreaming for a life for her kids. This woman used to go into work early in the morning, everyday, to feed not just for her kids but also her sister’s family. Even through her difficult times, she was providing for her siblings and that’s what makes her beautiful in and out!
Let us remind ourselves during the lockdown to care for ourselves, but not only ourselves 🙏🏾
