[April 7th, 2020] Finally Japanese Prime Minister declares the state of emergency, in this video I simply introduce what it is, and also answering the question if Japanese citizens will be locked down.
*This is not the opinion video, just want to share the facts and the situation of Japan from Local Japanese perspective*
In conclusion, Japan will not be locked down. Even after the declaration of a state of emergency, public transportations and most of the stores and restaurants will keep opening. So most of the situation will not be changed much. However, Japanese government can
1. secure more hospitals for the patients
2. secure more foods and medical stuffs for people
3. can stop the big events and gatherings for their safety “technically”
etc…
