Indonesia consists of 17,000 islands, of which 8000 are inhabited. It’s an enchanting country offering countless adventures.
This video is mainly comprised of images and some videos from the places we visited, in the order we visited them. It may help you plan your itinerary if you are thinking of travelling in this part of the world.
During our time in Indonesia, we visited the island of Java which included stays in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Probolinggo (from where we visited Mount Bromo) and finally Banyuwangi (from where we visited Mount Ijen.
We then crossed over into Bali and stayed in the towns of Ubud and Sanur.
We then moved on to the island of Lombok where we stayed in Senggigi, taking in Gili Trawangan for a day. We finished in Kuta before heading back to Bali to end our Indonesian adventure in Kuta.
Travelling in Indonesia is an incredible adventure and was one of the many highlights on our year long adventure in Southeast Asia.
