Si vous voulez conseiller la diaspora sur le retour en Afrique, tâchez de collecter et diffuser des informations correctes. Juste sur le foncier d'Abidjan, vous avez traversez tout Cocody où le monsieur vous décrivait les types d'habitation aucune référence aux libanais. Vous traversez le pont HKB pour entrer en Z4 et là vous malicieusement voulez faire valider par votre guide qu'à Abidjan, le foncier est détenue majoritairement par les libanais. Quelle expertise votre guide a pour vouloir confirmer une telle information avec lui? Que le secteur de Z4 soit majoritairement détenu par des "libanais" soit , mais de là à généraliser sur le tout Abidjan est juste déconcertant. Abidjan fait 6 millions d'habitants et s'étend sur 2119 Km2, avec un peu de rationnel d'un businessman, vous comprendrez que c'est juste fallacieux de penser que tous autres acteurs réunis (ivoiriens, européens, autres africains, …) et toutes communes réunies (plateaux, cocody, yopougon, koumassi, marcory…) les libanais deviendraient plus de la moitié des propriétés immobilières d'Abidjan. Prenez du recul avec les informations que vous voulez relayées surtout si vous voulez en faire un fonds ee commerce. Le foncier en Côte d'Ivoire est détenu en majorité par des ivoiriens, si vous en doutez adresser vous au cadastre et non à un chauffeur avec tout le respect wue je lui doit.
