Every day of the year from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 at night and pass midnight in the summer the method of ticket purchase dictates whether you’ll access The Monuments via an elevator or stairs and also determines a specific floor you can reach tickets to The Summit which is the

Highest floor sell out months in advance for various tour and ticket options check out our website for more information if you want to make things easy jump on one of our tours so we can lead the way a glass security wall surrounds the base of the Eiffel Tower this is a busy area

With lots of people beware of pickpockets and secure your valuables there are two entrances in the gardens to reach the Eiffel Towers Esplanade you’ll pass through the First Security checks at these entrances and they also give you a chance to explore the recently landscaped Gardens to save some

Time use entrance 2 which is often less crowded so there’s two Security checks when you’re going through the Eiffel Tower one is a very simple metal detector and the other one is more of an airport style x-ray where you have to put your bags in through an x-ray

Machine there’s a variety of items that are not allowed past security avoid bringing large bags and Luggage as they’re not allowed and there’s no left luggage or bag check once past Security check you’ll reach the gardens and the area directly underneath the tower commonly referred to as the Esplanade on

The 15th of May 1889 Gustaf Eiffel shocked the world when he opened a temporary showpiece at the world’s fair to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution it’s Construction in 2 years 2 months and 5 days was the world’s greatest Technical and Architectural achievement in the first

Week almost 30,000 visitors climbed a tower on foot by the time the World’s Fair came to a close almost 2 million people had visited the tower but the tower was only intended to be a temporary structure to last 20 years the tower was eventually saved becoming the

World’s most famous radio and cell phone tower there are three observation platforms on the Eiffel Tower the highest platform is called called The Summit and is almost 900 ft high and only reachable by elevator there are no direct elevators to the summit as you will first take a ride to the second

Level the second level which is my personal favorite is reachable by elevator or stairs this is where the prestigious Michelin stard jurn restaurant is located the first platform is 360 stairs from the ground or a short elevator ride there are toilets and observation explanations on each level

Your ticket will determine how you have access and which level you can reach all right so we made it through the security checks and Remy our guide handed us our tickets because it’s a rule that everyone has to have their tickets and over on the right side you see people

Who have regular elevator only tickets and then over on the left side is the skip the line area which we’re a part of so we’re going to skip the line and go right on in because it says 6:30 right there there are five elevators that run from the ground to the second

Floor there isn’t a direct elevator to the top Summit one elevator located in the southern pillar is reserved for the restaurant jwes Vern you can also walk the 360 stairs up to the first level then another 360 steps up to the second level the staircase is enclosed with

Wire so it’s completely safe for the best Eiffel Tower photos go to the truckadero across the river or the military school at the end of the shamp dear ideal for early morning or Sunset shots in today’s world full of skyscrapers the Eiffel Tower rarely disappoints with proper planning and

Good information the experiences from one of the world’s greatest show pieces is a story you will love telling the breathtaking views of Paris from any level of the mega Monument is a testament to the greatness of humankind Paris is always a good idea especially when the Eiffel Tower is involved well

    1. The Trocadero is a Must. Prior to my First visit, aa acquaintance instructed me as to the best approach.
After following his instructions, My view of Eiffel (from the Trocadero) was the same as the Cover of my tourist brochure….Breath Taking!
