There’s a part of this kitchen you see that space that there is useless to us so they need to do something so we would call them back to come and fix that area my husband got his apartment while we were in Nigeria this apartment goes for five so the beautiful thing about

Germany is when you go for an expensive apartment as this you have a leverage you can apply to the government for a kind of refund giving them prove that the apartment is too expensive for your family especially if one of the partners isn’t working and you show your monthly

Income and they could reason with you that oh okay you’re paying this rent there are different types of Aid there’s a particular type that you get a kind of certificate from Germany and that you would have leverage or you would be able to get some kind of government houses

That are way subsidized for larger rooms and the other one is you get an expensive apartment you still apply that your family is not able to afford this apartment and the government returns some amount of money to you so we will be going for the second option because

Guys this is still expensive but it’s better than what we were paying before and while we were there we didn’t even know about this grant that the government offers you know and that is why I would just advise anyone coming to Germany or any part of the world

Actually just continue to get as much information as possible so that you don’t get to suffer some things before you know that they exist you get what I’m Saying in the midst of the whole cleaning and all we’re not eating well we’re always looking for items but we drink a lot of G The yeah if I want to just continue Just but I tried to make that time short enough so that we could balance well and I’m glad that it took a long four weeks but we are really better now everyone is good more Balanced this is the three settling H day today no much things done we just woke up and we are how to get few things in the house because of course we have to replace certain things it’s a bigger apartment so we need to get some things

This time around I’m going to go a little bit into interior Decor I don’t know much about interior Decor but I just wanted a nice space and guys I drag my husband into this like okay let’s do something different in this new house you know and guys so along the line we

Thought okay let’s see the opportunities we have because it would mean spending some D you know so we’re checking online about I care and we found that if you are in Germany you have an opportunity to get a family package with them where you can shop items and pay

Instrumentally so we went there to apply for this only for us to discover that we can’t get it because we do not yet have a permanent residency so you can get your permanent residency in Germany uh depending on your level of German language for some people if you have B2

Or B1 in German you can apply for permanent residency in German at 27 months I really can’t remember thing is we have not spent 33 months yet my husband has a one in German because he’s the sole applicant if he has B2 by now I think we might be able to apply for

Permanent residency in July right but now that it has A1 we have to wait till December I think at that point we will be 33 months in Germany so we’re not able to get that voucher and it was kind of shaky for H like hey what do we do so we decided all

Right let’s buy a few things or let’s buy the things we know we can afford and forget about It so guys this is our final day today we came home to finally shop the items we want to get went on to do the registration so let’s get on with it let’s see the things I’m going to buy guys this place um Can displace you kind

Of like a lot of beautiful things you don’t even know what you want to choose I’m feeling like that like yeah well let’s see how it goes peace Out we’re able to buy one or two from mixture of Ika and Poco and demo mixture of stores but we’re able to get really nice things that we love and of course we are not done buying everything want to buy there are still few items we want

To get but so far so good I can say we are 18 90% Settled this is me trying to do a kind of house tour for you guys so this is the sitting room and these are the lights we got one 2 three my husband fixed all of those then we got this portraits we got the Lings from temo and we got the frames

From DM and we just fixed it ourselves this is our chair from before I got this from Ikea then we got the dining set also from Ika this flower vers from Poco yeah the lights also from Ikea these are from Poco this W frame from Ikea and this

Photo frame from Ikea also so this is what the whole setup looks like afterwards yeah and that’s the kitchen so is a sitting room matched with kitchen setup and that is how most of their houses are like in Germany this is the hallway then the B yeah this is yeah
