I went to the biggest Starbucks in Tokyo, and it was magical | Solo Japan travel vlog [1]

Hi everyone While in Tokyo, I visited Starbucks’ flagship store in Nakameguro I went at night to be able to see the ambient lighting There were decorations along the nearby Meguro River celebrating the cherry blossom season The lanterns were beautiful And the cherry blossoms looked like snow Now, for the Starbucks…

This one is called Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo It’s a magical place With a multilevel copper cask and symphony pipes running through it carrying freshly roasted coffee beans to the coffee silos All four floors were very busy But people are willing to wait because it’s a one-of-a-kind experience

These cherry blossom motifs were so mesmerising They move softly with the floating air Almost like they’re alive I loved this card wall showcasing the different single-origin coffees There is also the Arriviamo Bar floor where they make coffee-inspired cocktails The building had many little nooks So while you’re in the large building

You actually feel like you’re in your own little space It was fascinating to watch the roasters at work preparing the coffee before us This clacker board was quaint and cool reminiscent of old ones at train stations and airports Each little detail added to the immersive ambience There was something transporting about it

Like you had been taken to a different place and time Light reflecting on shiny surfaces Relaxing music Whimsically shaped cold-brew silos And the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the air It was easy to just sit and watch life play out slowly Everything seemed to be moving at a slow pace No hurry

Just slow living And of course, there was food Plenty of pretty, sweet treats Some grabbed artisanal pizzas, pastries, and breads While others chatted and dined leisurely I got one of the handmade desserts This roastery also has a designated tea floor You see this beautiful teacup wall on your way to it

Teavana Tea Bar It also has a stunning tea card wall I stayed till the end of the night Once you’re in, it’s really hard to leave But all good things come to an end I’m glad I had the chance to explore this magical place

I’ll remember the warm lights, ambient music, and lovely smell of coffee… As a cosy-café lover, this was such a treat If you’re ever in Tokyo, it’ll certainly be worth a visit.
