AFRICA- A Separate Planet”
is about a journey to discover of unique land.
About 2 months ago, Mirko and I embarked on a journey to discover most of South-Africa.
We were lucky enough to visit 4 countries in 28 days.
Perhaps those are just few days to visit 4 countries but they were enough to leave a mark to our souls.
We put 4×4 into motion, we crossed South Africa territories: Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia and then we came back to South Africa.
By a month we had driven the car for more than 8 thousand km, pristine nature and a lot of different realities. We met a lot of people, smiles, dreams and hopes. We stayed in more than 20 different buildings. We ate different foods but mostly we have been enriched by cultures. We drove in the middle of nowhere, we climbed up the highest dune of Namibia, we saw the second highest falls of the world. We got stuck in the middle of the desert, we slept into the Savannah and we lived many more adventures I won’t write about here. I’ll leave the curiosity so that you can see them with your own eyes and maybe who knows, one day you’ll be able to live them just like I did!

“AFRICA – A Separate Planet”
Un viaggio alla scoperta di una terra unica.
Circa due mesi fa io e Mirko, abbiamo intrapreso un viaggio all’esplorazione di gran parte dell’Africa Meridionale.
4 sono i paesi che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare, 28 invece sono stati i giorni a disposizione. Forse sono pochi per visitare 4 paesi, ma sono stati abbastanza per segnare la nostra anima.
Mettendo in moto una 4×4 abbiamo attraversato i territori del Sud Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia per poi tornare nuovamente in Sud Africa.
In un mese abbiamo percorso più di 8 mila chilometri in auto, una natura incontaminata, e mille realtà diverse.
Abbiamo conosciuto moltissime persone, incrociato tanti sorrisi, tanti sogni e tante speranze. Abbiamo soggiornato in più di 20 strutture diverse.
Abbiamo assaporato differenti cibi, ma soprattutto culture che ci hanno arricchito dentro.
Abbiamo guidato nel bel mezzo del nulla, scalato la duna più alta della Namibia, visto le seconde cascate più alte al mondo; siamo rimasti bloccati nel bel mezzo del deserto, abbiamo dormito nella savana e abbiamo vissuto molte altre avventure che non sto qui a scrivere, vi lascio la curiosità di vederle con i vostri occhi e magari un giorno chissà, di viverle come ho fatto io!
Durante quei 28 giorni ho cercato di racchiudere e raccontare l’essenziale.
