Indian cuisine as you know there are lots of spices going on there’s cinnamon there’s cumin coriander and all our spices are homemade we grind our own spices from lentil and uh the dry chili all together it’s very flavorful and very healthy I love what I do because

There is a lot of flavors in what I cook there is so many ingredients which I can play with I love what I’m doing here because I love to taste a different food I really love to talk to people especially when they eat my food and

They say oh who is the chef and I love to say oh I’m the chef and uh that makes me so happy and whenever I see the happiness on that face I feel so blessed and happy for having this restaurant

further than Downtown Kitchener’s DTK Travelers Tour! From February 19 to March 17, participating restaurants will showcase their unique cultural heritage and traditional dishes, highlighting the diversity and richness of our
community.

Week 1: Europe (February 19-25) – Indulge in savoury delights from 271 West, Odd Duck Wine & Provisions, La Cucina, La Lola, TWH Social, Wineology and Bobby O’Brien’s.

Week 2: India (February 26– March 3) – Savor the flavours of India with delectable dishes from Jayalakshmi, Dwarkesh, TWH Social, and The Rich Uncle Tavern.

Week 3: Asia (March 4-10) – Explore the vibrant tastes of Asia from SOI Thaifoon, Rose Café, The Civil, and Taste of Seoul.

Week 4: Latin America & Caribbean (March 11-17) – Experience the lively and diverse flavours of Latin America and the Caribbean with delicious dishes from Casa Toro 88, The Tamale Girl, Pupuseria Latinos, The Caribbean Kitchen, Don Julios Tacos & Tequila, and The Guanaquita.

The DTK Travelers Tour is more than just a culinary experience; it’s an opportunity to celebrate the diverse cultures
and traditions that make our community thrive. As a bonus, participating restaurants will offer live entertainment and unique drink pairings to enhance your dining experience.
