Good evening I’ve brought you outside to see this beautiful sunset in Valencia we’re in the Valencia City now um in a car park nothing fancy but uh wow I don’t know it’s not showing too well on this camera it looks really bright but it’s actually as you can see

It’s sort of bouncing off me it’s quite red uh red sky at night Shepherd’s Delight so they say so we arrived here earlier today and we are going to uh walk into Valencia tomorrow uh we’re very close to where the park is that’s quite something isn’t it

Great little car park it’s fine isn’t it it’s quiet I mean there’s a main road there but you can’t really hear it no it’s really quiet um um police have been around about four five times so far yeah well I think it’s also like a trailer

Truck kind of Park as well so if they’re keeping an eye on things there’s a couple of motor homes here yep but yeah I think I’m going to have to take a few more pictures of uh it’s not coming out on the camera see it’s uh oh there we there we go I’ve

Tilted it up as you can see it now look at that So here we are we are walking through the very big Park that runs through the center of Valencia now how many kilometers did I say it was uh it’s a 6 kilometer walk yeah so we’re just about to find out I think it’s 6 km but it

Goes through the center so yeah it goes from one end to the other uh and there’s all sorts of different places the only thing I can sort of like it to a Central Park in New York everything’s a little bit different yeah it isn’t it um show you now The C Park we’re staying in overnight um is just at the other end of this park and halfway down the park is the old town or Old City the old part of the city so we that’s where we’re heading for today isn’t it it is luckily it’s a

Nice dry sunny day oh yes another scorcher another scorcher I think the weather’s going to break towards the end of the week but yeah I think it’s uh tomorrow’s going to be the highest temperature I think it’s going to be up near the 30s tomorrow um and then after that yeah

It’s dropping down a little bit uh but still nice yeah isn’t it and then the Sun so we’re still off goodd we got the solar beating down yeah working well there with that probably going to stay in that car park again tonight aren’t we yes a romantic car park walk down here

Then in the back yeah we um we’ll stay there again tonight it was quite quiet actually wasn’t it well it it doesn’t sound great if you say it’s on the back end of a building site but no but it is and it goes very quiet there’s police that come

By we seen them about three or four times last night but there are other vehicles Transporters and buses and things that Park up there yeah but it’s a big car park isn’t it and then it’s actually onto a park so it’s quite nice it’s all right yeah well there’s room

For the dogs to have a run around yeah and it’s walkable into the city yeah which is well which is where we said we’re off to now yeah yeah carp wise there’s another three vans there with us so you’ve got a little bit of security CU even if you don’t know somebody you

All look out for each other mhm it is always over just locking up and leaving it but that’s what you got to do isn’t it yeah so yeah let’s let’s go and hit the T into valenia Yeah is City H te I easy theie ofwhere when I return from the after you I am again where I I it all I had a feeling but the signs in the park have uh written in English as well which is quite good makes things uh useful and more interesting to

Try the abely yeah yeah language as well well I just tried in my best Spanish to order my food yeah and uh he said Perfecto so I think that means I didn’t do bad so my Spanish is coming on as well so trying I’m trying German and

Spanish and we’re trying to local food be rude not yeah Valencia is amazing it is like better than Barcelona we love we love BARC steroid yeah it’s beautiful every single corner you turn there is something stunning to look at uh we were going to spend one

Day here that’s not going to work we’re going to have to spend more yeah we’re definitely going back tomorrow only I think the only thing for p it was a long walk it’s about an hour and 40 slow flly from the car yeah without pipper we’ probably been a

Bit faster but we have to take her pace so it was quite long walk to get here and then of course got a long walk back so we’re not going to plus we wanted to stop for lunch we’re not going to see an awful lot today building wise so we’re

Going to come back tomorrow and do it all again tomorrow B Park yeah but yeah really recommend coming to Valencia really really recommend it it’s like a pork lentil dish is it it’s um it’s almost like a very thick pork lentil soup with um charito in it

Is definitely not the place to come for one day uh definitely more two or 3 days here I think um there seemed to be so much to see but uh after we’d walked all that way and then had some lunch we were like H we’ll come back tomorrow and see

The rest so yeah back through the park now which is going to be a bit of a walk uh but it’s beautiful it really is I was right when I said earlier today it’s a bit like Central Park in New York it is just like Central Park lots of little

Sections ponds Lakes uh Ching paths Sports all sorts of things so yeah we’ve really enjoyed our day here and uh you know it’s been nice to see the park that’s a lovely park isn’t it yeah but we’ve only done half of it it carries on for about another 3

Kilometers behind us so uh yeah Long Way definitely a long way yeah and there’s a lot going on there’s people running cycling they keep fit areas yeah and they offer so much and there’s fitness centers Rugby Football yeah think of um bin there’s other Stu

Going on in there y we’ve um as uh not sure what I was expecting in valenia but uh definitely looks fantastic yes as uh up there with Barcelona well there’s a lot of places you can sit down and have a train call eat yes we did enjoy the

Menu Dela of course as an example we had a it was a a bottle of coke you know there only 30 bottles and that was €250 mhm in a glass with ice and lemon so really is a good price yeah yeah the whole thing came to 33

Yeah brilliant the only thing I’d say is I had spaghetti bise and then Pella and then cheesecake it’s a bit like having two meals wasn’t it yeah oh I mean obviously I’m not going to eat for the rest of the today and I didn’t have any lunch so it’s sort of that’s it

That’s my meal for the day menu of the day absolutely it’s just a meal for the day that’s all it is get stuffed for the day yeah so let’s head back to the van uh this going to be a good long walk is there uh yes and I think the girls are

Quite knacked now it’s not hot anymore it’s just a really nice pleasant temperature now so uh we’ll get back whilst is still warm and pleasant because at night it does drop down quite a bit doesn’t it it can do yeah do right let’s go hello and welcome to a very blowy

Park up in Valencia um the wind suddenly came in this morning it’s uh it’s amazing it’s just suddenly gone from beautiful sunny still to very very windy keep your Windows shut or it’ll blow them off kind of weather so um we had originally planned to stay in

Valencia for yet or Valencia for yet another day um but last night plans changed and uh we are actually moving on today uh the plan seems to be that next year we’re going to come back and do all the areas we missed so we’re going to do a proper in-depth of

Valena uh next year so yeah I don’t know if I showed you this before this is the car park we’re staying in I think I did when we had that lovely uh Sunset but as you can see today look at the palm trees behind me very very

Windy Dolly and pepper over there in the Parklands um they’re having a little run so I think Dolly’s yeah Dolly’s got a ball look so she’s been enjoying that oh here she comes oh there he goes what you got doll slimy it is windy oh goodness yeah that’s one of the balls

She got when uh she had a little shopping spend in France uh a month or so ago so y we’re just uh wrapping up and um I think we’ll be gone out of here by this afternoon which uh yeah you puffed out so that’s that’s our

Plans for today it’s been excuse me I’m just going to turn around it’s been a lovely stay in uh the city we’ve really enjoyed it uh we saw a lot yesterday uh but the weather is very different today and I think the weather has turned a

Little bit um I’m not sure but yeah very very windy out there at the moment and it’s set to be like that uh and for the next 4 days Peace So anyway we’ll catch you on the road a little bit later good evening uh hope you enjoyed

Valencia as much as we did I know it was a bit of a different one for us because I think we showed you more on this video because Valencia’s got so much to see we just uh every single corner you turn in Valencia there’s something there that’s

Whoa wow yes and so we kind of just put it all together on a video um but yeah there there was not a lot of talk in there we were just like oh look at that look at that oh God look at that yeah the only time we rested was when we sat

Down and had the food which was it was good menu Del deer we are going to so miss the old menu Del deers we are and Valena itself what a place it’s so clean yeah very well cared for everybody there was helpful yes and we we didn’t see a

Portion of what we wanted to see no we had intended going back um but we lost a little bit of ground and of course you may have seen in the news the tragic fire that occurred yes in the property next to the park where sadly people lost

Their lives and so many people lost their homes so you know we’ moved on uh we actually moved on about two hours before it happened um it was very close to the car park wasn’t it uh where the fire happened it was horrendous to read about it and hear about it especially

With so many people lost their lives it’s very very sad but as you can see in the W in in the video I’m talking about these ridiculously high winds and that’s what fanned the flames and caused the fire and the destruction to that particular building it was so windy um

And that’s mainly why we moved on so I think we moved on about 300 p.m. and the fire started about halfast 5 it did but you know the going back to the city amazing Place worth a visit yeah and we’re going back we are going back we’re

Going back next year and where we parked up at the air we described it in the Vlog it’s free there’s other people there as well it’s one of those where no you wouldn’t get your chairs out or put anything on the ground other than the tires but it’s super close to the city

Yeah um if you’ve got a bike or you like walking the police kept coming around and obviously because everybody the other Vans I think at one point there was maybe five of us there they were all being respectful too and the police would just do a loop see quite happy

With what they saw and then just drive off again wouldn’t they yeah exactly I mean it was by a park as well so the dogs had exercise in Fall time and so on so they were well taken care of uh but yes what a great stop that was yeah uh

Just want to mention the sound in the video at the end if you think the sound’s gone a bit wonky when we’re having the meal it’s because uh we had to put um The Voice isolator on because the surroundings were so so loud uh when we played back the raw footage you

Couldn’t hear our voices so uh if it does sound a little bit iffy that’s the reason yeah we got a thank you we’ve got a um some coffees to say thank you for so uh we need to say thank you to karice Bill and Freddy and Frankie the King

Charles Spaniels and in fact here’s here they are look at them that’s uh Freddy watching us on the TV cuz he’s a good boy um but Frankie wouldn’t watch us I think he no I don’t think he likes us oh maybe he’s watching tonight and we can bring him round come

They they just gone to get water they’ve just gone to get water they’ve got a lovely dog I don’t think they do YouTube but their dog is a lovely dog it’s like a husky style dog and he’s called Kevin what a great name for a dog it is isn’t
