Whoever may need this nugget of encouragement things will be all right so quit your worrying I get it the eyes stack back against the worldy everyone welcome to another Japan Vlog with today we go to free places you need to visit in Tokyo let’s get straight

Into it our first destination is Su kiji Market or more accurately the Su kiji outer Market which has shops selling Seafood barbecued meat produce and ceramics before 2018 the Su kiji inner Market was the largest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world until it was relocated to toyosu Market in

2018 we arrived around midday and it was packed our first order of business was to obviously find some place to eat we decided to stop at one of the seafood stores that was not too busy we ended up ordering the uni with Ura dri the unagi and also the kimisu which

Is the nickname given to the rich complex paste made from boiling and non meaty in of fresh crab it was all very delicious we walked around the market and spotted a place that sold massive oysters so we wanted to try it Out here are the owners shuing and washing the oysters and as lovers of oysters we don’t usually see these size of oysters in Australia so we were really excited to try these out because of the size we both thought it wasn’t going to have much flavor but it was actually really creamy and

Rich they also have a few different condiments if you want to modify the taste further hey this guy looks familiar if you know Tokyo you know they love their animal cafes we came to visit Harry Harajuku an OT and Hedgehog Cafe we booked a few

Things on the day which was a 1hour slot the snack to feed the animals and a 5minute play session with the Otters also the entry feet also includes two drinks per person they had a few otters outside already where they had a little pool and play

Area they put these little holes in the acrylic so that they can reach out for food I thought they were going to have little claws but their little hands were extremely Soft they also have hedgehogs of different sizes they spend most of their time curled up with one another they are really shy so you need to convince them with some Food they had a bunny in the corner which was the biggest bunny I’ve ever seen in my life it was really calm and it allowed people to give it pets on the head they also have chinchillas and you actually get to pick the one you want to

Feed we chose this one because it had a grumpy face and it reminded us of our cat at home we loved how their whiskers would move frantically when they sensed food as mentioned we purchased some play time with the so once they were ready they called us over to the play

Pen once inside the play pen they allow the otos to move around you and they give you extra snacks to give to them once you have the food in hand you can entice them to go to your lab they really love you and they would jump on her lab Often One of the OTS was also playing in the overalls of one of the staff this was a really fun experience and we definitely recommend this to all those who love animals our last destination in turo is shabuya Sky it is located in the shabuya scramble Square skyscraper we love going to these

Observation decks at night as you get to see the city from a different angle and look at all the city lights going up on the lift is pretty cool as they have the screen on the ceiling and it’s like you’re teleporting to another world just before going up onto the

Rooftop they have a interactive exhibit that showcases the history and culture of shabuya and Tokyo not sure that we learned too much but it was really interesting to look at once you are up on the rooftop you get a 360 view of Tokyo and its landmarks you can spend quite a long

Time just taking in the breathtaking views this was a lot of fun just to walk from one side to the other spotting areas around Tokyo seeing the shabuya Crossing from this Viewpoint was something I didn’t know I needed until now they had a rooftop bar which would

Be nice to Wi and dine with a view of Tokyo if you’re into that kind of thing they also had a little light show with these beams of light we spent the rest of the night chilling and taking in the views before heading back to our

Our day began with a trip to the iconic Tsukiji Outer Market, which is a haven for both foodies and culture seekers. This bustling marketplace in the heart of Tokyo serves up a delectable selection of fresh seafood, traditional Japanese snacks, and local delicacies. From succulent sushi to piping hot street food, every corner of Tsukiji Outer Market is a sensory delight. Join us as we experience the vibrant energy of this culinary paradise.

At Harry Harajuku Terrace, nestled among the trendy boutiques and cafes, we had the unique opportunity to interact with adorable otters and hedgehogs at their charming animal cafe, adding an extra layer of whimsy to our Harajuku experience.

We reached the top of one of Tokyo’s biggest skyscrapers, the observation deck at Shibuya Sky, which was the journey’s climax. We were treated to an amazing view of the well-known Shibuya neighbourhood from this high point, with its busy streets and impressive skyline extending as far as the eye could reach. Come along as we take in the breathtaking vistas that perfectly capture Tokyo’s dynamic urban scene from above.
