Should do in Berlin the walking tour it covered Nazi history Cold War and modern day Berlin now after we met our toour group our guide took us undercover and gave us a rundown of what to expect it was quite cold and raining that day but our guide storytelling
Skills got us excited about what was ahead as we walked through he pointed out unique sites and things about the city this included the famous traffic light which is unique to East Germany but popular today you can find it in other parts the first ret we went to admit was UN Den Linden this Boulevard was full of historic buildings including tributes to the Past We will given a lot of interesting information about all the sites on this Boulevard our guide had a lot of images to show us as well with all the significant changes to all the buildings and to show us what repairs have been done over the Years after taking in Brandenburg gate and walking through it we visited a famous Memorial He the memorial of the meds of Europe we had a bit of time to explore and walk Through After that we took a short break to warm up and grab a coffee then we continued on our next stop was a car park but it wasn’t any ordinary car park it was Hitler’s bunker and where he spent his last days of World War II we continued walking through the city
While our guide pointed out a lot of significant buildings and Spots this included the Berlin wall and finally we ended our tour at Checkpoint Charlie I absolutely loved this tour and would say it was one of the most interesting tours I’ve done we were kept entertained and learned a lot of insightful history about the city we hope you enjoyed watching our experience on this walking tour make sure to subscribe to keep up
