Im April 2023 ging es für mich eine Woche lang durch die nordöstlichen Regionen Frankreichs und die dort gelegenen bekanntesten Parks. Auf dieser knapp 1.650 Kilometer langen Tour besuchte ich vier für mich neue französische Parks, die teilweise wirklich positive Überraschungen bereithielten, und einen neuen in Belgien, der meine Bucket List für jenes Land vervollständigt hat. Klares zentrales Highlight der Tour waren meine Kindheitsparks in einem östlichen Vorort von Paris, die gemeinsam das europäische Disneyland darstellen. Doch auch abseits des Dornröschen-Schlosses hat Ostfrankreich einerseits familiäre und vertraut wirkende Parks, anderer seits großartige und vielseitige Achterbahnen zu bieten. Und auch, wenn die Achterbahnen im Disneyland nicht zu den besten Europas zählen, ist ein Trip nach Paris Pflichtprogramm für jeden Freizeitpark- und Achterbahnfan! Denn auch abseits Disney und Asterix gibt es im Umland noch ein paar mehr Perlen, die ich aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht ansteuern konnte.
