    북한은… 안타깝지만 어쩔수 없죠

And yes I will follow your journey, whether your doing videos in Englisn or Korean or Chinese or any other language !! Your adventures and your strong spirits are so inspiring !!!

  5. I remember getting reverse culture shock when I returned to the USA after 2 years in Sydney, Australia. If it happens to you, then please talk about it as a way of understanding it. I could not get over it, and moved away from the US. Now, I live in Japan. Reverse Culture Shock is a term used to describe the feelings (of surprise, disorientation, confusion, etc.) experienced when people return to their home country and find they do not fit in as they used to.

  6. 블로그를 구독하기 시작한게 엊그제 같은데 벌써 13년이라니…정말 오랜 시간 좋은 도전과 이야기 들려주셔서 감사합니다. 13년만에 집에가는 심정은 상상이 안되네요

  7. Welcome home, Jin. I look forward to seeing your country through a native's eyes. And when your tour does come to an end, I would also be interested in hearing about your transition back to "normal" life. 🙂

  8. Welcome home Jin ! Thanks for inspiring me to take up long distance cycling many years ago. Looking forward to the rest of your adventures. Hope your dream comes true one day.

  9. wow, this sounds like an amazing trip! The youtube algorithm just recommended me this. I will look back on some of your previous videos

  10. The outer journey and the inner journey.
The outer journey brought me to many destinations and wonderful experiences.
The inner journey will bring me to many different dimensions of deep inner peace, joy and happiness of the inner universe.

  11. Welcome home!
It's funny. When I return home from a cycle tour it's kind of a downer compared to all the nice places I've visited seeing how other countries approached challenges in their society, especially food. Everywhere else eats better and healthier than home. Believe it or not, it does improve by simple things like a US immigration officer handing me back my passport and with a smile saying "Welcome Back!" 🙂
You are essentially returning back to a different, changed country after 13 years. South Korea as you know is quite modern and has a bicycle routes that are the envy of the world. Unfortunate that you didn't get to ride through as you wished, but your country and the world changes. You have a lot to catch up on for over a decade of being away. But you have done something in your youth that very few people even dream about. It gives me a little hope about humanity. Eventually, life will come into play and you may have to make some decisions.
    "Time waits for no one".

Best Wishes and good luck, Jin. 🚴‍♀
(PS – Get your front wheel trued or just get a new, sturdy front wheel. Seeing it hop on fast downhills made me nervous!)

  12. If you were an Indian returning home after cycling the world for 13 years, thousands of people would have lined up to welcome and shower you with immense love. You visited everywhere except India. Please plan a trip to India next time.

  13. I'm so happy for you! What an achievement, cycling around the world!

Have you considered writing a book? I hope the Korean press knows about you and do some coverage about your amazing adventure!
