We usually called Phsar Dey Hoy Street but it’s called Hanoi Street. The official name is Phnom Penh Hanoi Friendship Blvd., it’s 10.3km. from Phsar Dey Hoy Skyway to Win Win Blvd. Traffic Light. I spent around 25 min. driving my Honda PCX 150 scooter with Canon G7X Mark II camera capturing the traffic along this street.
