Takes care of all that for you okay uh example I had Honeymooners that could not leave Venice to come back home to Atlanta flight was cancelled they had some mechanical air they sat on the plane literally on the plane for three hours and told it was canceled they were
All sent to a hotel they got they but before the Hotel they had to go to the airport and wait the Delta counter this long line people ahead of them were being told the next flight home for all the guests would be two days later oh wow she was texting me I immediately
Called our support line for Delta vacations yes I got them on the flight the very next morning to come back home that is why you use a travel advisor because yeah while they’re wa still waiting in line at the Delta counter in Venice airport waiting to get something
Taken care of I had it all taken care of within five minutes imagine that imagine that right yes yeah and another reason to use a child advisor not to cut you off I’m sorry um is child advisors do the research for you they travel to those resorts to those hotels right
They’re going to places so they know firsthand on fam trips destination trips right of what to expect what they’re going to get they can tell you hey when you walk into the property on your leth hand side will it be the kids club on your right hand side will be the adults
Only Lounge like they know that already child advisers are doing all this extra work for you okay so you don’t have to go and and act you know kind of be lost or confused of where you’re traveling to they’ve done the dirty work for you so why not have somebody literally holding
Your hand for your trip right beautiful beautiful as you heard you can’t make this up this is actually exactly what a travel advisor is for while you might be waiting in the line your travel advisor could be taking care of stuff for you in exactly very Savvy travel advisor they
Will actually go about and research stuff be probably like a step few steps ahead always always um even think about during Co think about every different country having a different um requirement to enter the island or the or the country right you know I know that there’s still a handful of
Countries out there that are still asking for your vaccination card and definitely a test within 72 hours your child advisor is the one that researches all that and lets you know hey this is what’s required now that Co is pretty much kind of behind us you still need
Passport for all the countries and there are some countries that have visa requirements your child advisor should be the one giving you telling you hey this country needs a Visa or this country is okay things like that uh for instance uh I will say in Antiga you cannot wear like army fatigue clothes
Like army camouflage right your everyday person does not know that your child advisor should know that so trust me if you arrive antia uh airport and arrive and you have on some army camouflage gear and you’re not part of the military they will ask you to change your clothes
AB like right away but that’s something that your travel adviser should already have warned you about yes very good point that is a very good point right that is information that a lot of people don’t know about whether it’sa Barbados right you cannot wear camouflage no not
At all where camouflage they going to tell you right on the spot that you need to get rid of it get something else exactly where the travel agent the travel agent comes into play that they’ve probably traveled to the country right been out there researched quite a
Bit and this is what travel agents do this is what travel agencies do they re exactly exactly ahead of the game they were always in meetings always in conventions always meeting with the bus development managers and stuff so that we could discuss the best way and the
Easiest way to help the clients travel so you very much for that of course and one last point is you know Delta vacations has their big university every September and we just had it uh a little bit over a month ago we had close to a thousand Tri advisers come and we just
Literally threw a bunch of knowledge in them okay so they’re going to conferences they’re going to places to learn how to handle certain things and just make sure that your clients have a completely seamless experience because you’re paying a lot of money for these experiences you want you don’t want
Anything to go wrong but if anything does go wrong you have your travel adviser holding your hand right yeah that’s right that’s right right guys why you need the travel advis I know it seems pretty easy for you to just jump on on an app but remember you’re going
To be liable for anything that happens EXA mistakes then you need to get a hold of somebody and you might not have access to customer service if you have a travel agent you could just simple text simple email and most times when it comes to island vacation travel agency
We follow up with our clients before the trip in the middle of the trip right trip and also a long life just to check because you know exactly like hey how are you everything going on yes we’re all family and most likely maybe we might end up on a trip together
So check on your family exactly thank you so much for that guys of course of course should use a travel professional as she’s had background as a travel professional yep 10 years we’re giving you it from a first Point View right and that’s 10 years of experience right
There exactly another question that I would say that people ask um I’m inan the top five the top favorite Caribbean properties and destinations like for 55 plus couples or 55 plus singles because we do singles as well there were weers um I have quite a bit of people
That are 55 plus that I also love to book travel for them because they great stories and pictures and everything else and you could learn so what are some of the great properties are the Caribbean Properties or destinations that you would recommend well one of the good
Things is um if you are booking your clients on with Delta vacations you can definitely filter out and have them at an adults only property first of all so if you’re looking at folks who are singles and 50 or 50 and over or just adults who are 21 and over you know
Always have them at the adults only property you can filter that out um all of our properties are four star and above we have nothing underneath that anymore okay but we we personally vet out each Resort each hotel and the reason why I keep saying resort and hotel because Resorts usually are going
To be like your One Stop like you’re all inclusive and hotels are just going to be just your hotel but there nothing there not a big difference it’s just one will most likely include food and drinks and the other one will not right but just know that anything that’s booked on
Delta vacations has been completely researched vetted that you will have an amazing time uh we have the top in line hotels and properties there and your travel agent most likely has either uh done a fam trip there or researched it but um as far as like signaling out it’s
Kind of hard for me to do that because we have so much in our inventory the biggest thing would be to have the met an adult only property you can click on the on the luxury tab or the romance Tab and it will take you to those properties
Which are five star and above excuse me just five star that are completely premium properties for 50 and plus um older uh citizens beautiful beautiful beautiful so as you heard guys Delta vacations actually vets out everything to make sure that you get the best they’re not even doing fre star anymore it’s four
Star and up so you know you’re getting the very very best and of course if frear hotel that’s up to you we’ll find whatever you need we’ll customize whatever you need for you but we definitely going to recommend Delta vacations because we already know that they vetted those those hotels and
Resorts and you heard between a hotel and a resort that’s pretty much all it is but it’s pretty much the same um and then of course when it comes to adults I prefer always to actually give the option of adults only and of course most times the Delta V the Delta hotels and
Resorts are actually connected to a family and adults only so you also have the option to just walk across so you’re getting the best that’s literally how I travel as well that’s how I recommend travel so for the adults we try to send it to adult only so that way you could
Feel comfortable and if you need to mingle a little bit more you need a little bit more action you always could just walk across the resorts they V we know exactly what we’re sending in sending you into the food is going to be great the people are great everything’s
Going to be great when it come the flight’s going to be great so Y and yeah and one more thing I was going to say is if you look on uh if you when when you do have your travel advisor book your next uh vacation package for you we have
A certain set of hotels and resorts that are scan mile member picks meaning everyday people that travel a lot they’re the ones who actually went ahead and uh voted on these particular properties so they’re not just coming just from the travel industry folks they’re coming from actual everyday
Folks that travel a lot and they pick those out so you can also see that when your travel adviser um is you know going ahead and giving you different options and stuff like that awesome AES beautiful all right that is great so and I mean we didn’t just stay
Just for the 55 plus couples of course we’re talking about 21 years and older solos groups you’re all invited it’s alled for you right yes and we have single occupancy rates at some hotels um if we don’t have it listed you can definitely call your child adviser and
They can get that form for you nice and guys I’m gonna go into another podcast sometime about solo travel just like we did for Group Travel and then of course we’re going to have Delta as one of the recommended suppliers because of course we have access to solo rates as I told
You sometimes you may not be able to see it um on on the live site that’s why you need a travel agent that’s why you need the travel advisor that’s why professional we’ll get it for you that’s what we we’re here for right awesome absolutely all right and if you might be
Asking what are the top favorite Caribbean properties for like family vacation to do in your opinion when it comes to like the different islands and Resorts like all every everyone so clearly we we all know that Delta vacation’s biggest seller is the Caribbean and Mexico okay we are based
All over the world in every continent except for Antarctica for obvious reasons if you don’t know but our biggest sellers are definitely uh our biggest biggest sellers are definitely Caribbean and Mexican each island um and then all over Mexico you’ll definitely see you’ll see family friendly properties um it’s kind of hard
To just pick out some but I will say that if you want like extra luxury and a nice uh set of Resorts St Lucia is up there high on the list I do believe St Lucia yes I do believe that St Lucia is still The Honeymooners number one
Honeymoon spot in the world yes it is there you go we’ve got wonderful properties there we have 17 properties proper is there in an inventory list and they’re all four star and above in St Lucia when you book with Delta vacation so keep that in mind as well amazing
Amazing I mean guys you can’t you can’t make this up I mean Delta yeah Delta pretty much stays only like stays in the Caribbean and Mexico and actually promote and push the best the cream of hotels out there to the how we were actually able to see them and actually
Able to enjoy them we get a chance to go on Farm trips and everything else exactly see what they’re actually offering of course I’m from St Lucia bias sometimes but yes actually it’s very very very welcoming to people families adults couples honeymoons of course they have been
Number one destination for I think over 13 times already I’m h destination absolutely all different types of travel out there the great thing is that Delta has such a a wide range of hotels out there access to them and that tells you that those hotels are cream of the crop
And top hotels that has 17 just on that island alone right right and that’s just one Island that’s not even just exactly right like there is so many islands and so many so much things to to to to see and visit in the Caribbean so I can’t even tell you how many excuse
Me how many properties we have in Jamaica I mean think about it in St Lua alone we have 17 but imagine in places like Jamaica or um Dominican Republic so many properties we’ve got things for adults only we’ve got things for singles we’ve got places for familyfriendly U multigeneration you name it we

Mean it’s it’s good to hear you even explain that you travel all around the world with your packages with Delta and you don’t have any you could actually explain how whether from whether it’s from the customer service to the seating to the hotels to the different to the satisfaction of even your child
Being so satisfied with it to for vacations to actually put packages together to make sure that the clients are satisfied and that is something you definitely want right when you travel exactly you don’t want to uh be a little lost or confused like what do I do when I get somewhere like no
Your child adviser will make sure that you are good to go that you know what you’re doing you know and it’s not just you know it’s not just putting a pack together is honestly it’s creating experiences you know that’s what you want to make like you saying you make

Not like other tour operators where you have to go ahead and book it right away and pay for it in full keep in mind that we do have the payment plan and we have a new thing called affirm and the affirm is uh it’s pretty much like U if you
Don’t have a credit card or a debit card that you want to use you can use a firm and they will give you a credit limit on how much you can put for your trip so yeah so travel’s making a comeback I mean it’s it’s past that comeback
Actually it’s here it is yes it’s there it’s definitely here so guys it just depends on where you want to travel to you check the travel professional and we’ll see what Sales Delta has going on because there’s so much going on there’s so much going on travel has opened I
Mean all Gates have have been opened especially for Europe you said yes Europe seemed to be like it seems like yes it’s going to be a lot going to Europe I’m already see it on our end where people are inquiring about a lot of Europe trips and even like in the
Middle of the pandemic they were starting to look into Europe so all you need to do guys is just check with us to see what promotions Delta is going on I can guarantee you there will be some type of a promotion going on because Del always has everything always yes own the

Been but I I have had so many where in the past as an adviser if I sent them a package with another airline or anything like I said nothing against other airlines but I had a lot of clients I would come back and say oh uh no we’re uh can we us

They like make sure that you’re setting them up to know as they get older where they can go where they cannot go just just to know how to you know how to act and how to um how can I say it like you know it’s just important to expose them
Right exactly exactly to respect those cultures what exactly so they’re not and yeah you’re not close-minded so you could accept people for who they are where they from what they do and you’re absolutely yes I totally agree with that have the kids travel very early yes set
Them up set them up for Success absolutely yes different languages they can learn different languages think about it they can they can go to a country and think you know you know what I think I want to take this language course when I get home that only opens
Them up to even more exposure absolutely and more opportunities exactly guys this is what we talk about when we talk about memories I know we’re going deep into memories but yeah tourism is about this is what is about it’s about creating a memory creating something that lasts
Forever setting up your kids for the future because most times us as adults our parents not not everyone was lucky to have parents that brought you along so now we’re adults we have the opportunity to actually set up our kids so that’s what we should be doing we
Know the we right now we’re not in the day and age where you have to kind of like try and figure out everything we have great companies like Delta that have done the work done the research they planes they’ve traveled they do networking they go to conferences

Worry about paying for that double occupancy rate at certain properties okay that’s something that your travel adviser can do for you another good idea I would say for a travel agency or travel adviser on their own to do is why not create a singles or solo Travel
Group right why not pick a destination that we have and make it a flex getaway and maybe say hey let’s take 10 Single clients and let’s go somewhere if you’re interested let me know you know and it could be 10 people from 10 different cities or something the travel advisor
Can be like their tour guide so to say you could be the 10th member there so you can bring nine people with you but think about it you would have nine single travelers from different places of the country going somewhere how cool would that be that sounds maybe that’s
Something that you can do Al in St Lucia look into that we will create your own create your own singles Travel Group yeah take this guys that’s the open invitation we’re GNA start working on it and start putting it up on LinkedIn and Facebook absolutely building it up
